Chapter 14

Celineeeeeee!

Clara!!!

There's our conversation we both had on this chapter hoping one of us would continue the story and update , but yeah, enjoy!

Celine's POV:

I went to open the door and there stood Scotty. "What do ya want?" I asked kinda rudely . He just cautiously took a step back looking scared.

"Um Benny wants to talk to you all and apologize for what Ham said" He replied. "Why would Benny apologize for one thing it should be Ham apologizing for his stupid mouth" I told him slamming the door in his poor terrified face.

"Who was it ?" Clara asked still looking down at her phone . "really?!" I asked looking at her. "Kidding I'm right here and I would've heard the argument from three houses down because of how loud you are " she replied (don't worry Celine you're not that loud) (I know )

I just playfully rolled my eyes and took her phone , running downstairs and outside ignoring the boys eyes watching me run with Clara's phone and her chasing me right outside the house. About five minutes later Shirley and Yasmine followed and Clara and I were on the grass in the front yard wrestling.

She was cheating by scratching me and kicking me (remember the sleepover and you and JORDYN were wrestling? Yah I'll be Jordyn) (Omg fr tho she cheated) But she ended up getting her phone back with a text from Shirley of the video of us wrestling.

We were soon all on the grass laying down and just looking up at the sky watching the clouds. Pass by and make shapes .

Then we heard someone clear their throat. We got up and looked behind us and it was the sandlot boys. "Greeeeat" I mumbled sarcasticly.

"What do you want?" Clara asked glaring at them. Benny stepped up, with an annoyed looking Ham by his side.

"We're here to have Ham apologize for his stupid mouth" he said pushing him towards us .

"We're listening " I said acting interested . He sighed "I'm sorry" he mumbled "what? I can't hear you." I said putting my ear closer to him. "I'M SORRY , OK!?!" he yelled annoyed . "ok no need for an attitude" Yasmine said. "Whatever " Ham said rolling his eyes. "So are we forgiven ? " Benny asked us looking at me desperately.

"Sure why not , but if you say something like that ever again , I will climb through your window at night and stab you 84 times" I said to Ham giving him a death glare . He looked like he was gonna pass out , "ok let's go beat some butt!" I said cheerfully.

•Later At Phillips Field.•

Yasmines POV:
It was the last inning we were down by 3 and all the bases were full with me on 2nd base and we had 2 outs. Scotty was up to bat. The guy threw the ball , "STRIKE ONE!" I heard the catcher yell. Oh no everyone in the dug out and in the field looked really nervous. "Come on Scotty you got this." I yelled to him he just gave me a nervous smile.

The Sandlot Gangs POV :
"You got this!" Benny yelled
"You can do it!" Clara yelled from third base "Come on Scotty! " Celine yelled cheering him on. "Come on Smalls you can do it " Yeah Yeah said , we were all just cheering him on the pitcher threw the ball , we heard the bat make contact with the ball , and the ball went flying outside the park. We all cheered for him and he ran , we got four points and ended up beating those mean losers by 1! We decided to celebrate by going to the carnival.

Shirley's POV :
We all went home to get ready for our celebration. We didn't dress up much but we still looked pretty nice. "Should we bring money?" I asked "Of course we should , how else are we going to buy food!?" Clara asked with a 'are you stupid' look on her face which she gives me a lot. After we all grabbed like 10 dollars from wherever we keep our money we left and met up with the sandlot gang at the carnival.

"Hey guys tickets on me!" Benny yelled going up to the ticket booth , everyone cheered while he got us all tickets.

Sorry we took so long it's just that I had no time between waking up really early for school and then having to go to volleyball practice after school , and then having to do lots of homework after practice, and like life is just so stressful, like seriously , WhT is LiFe!?!
