I couldn't believe what I was doing, I couldn't believe what I was doing. Mr. Jeffries was waiting, his tie loosened, the top two buttons of his shirt undone, his hair a mess, at his car for me. I took deep breathes, gosh he looked amazing. I had never seen him like this so it just surprised me that he wasn't the clean, sharp person he always seemed to be in class.

He always wore slacks, a button up shirt and I tie with his hair brushed just so, it was hard to imagine Mr... Er... Hayden to be anything but a goody two shoes; yet here he was taking a student out on a first date. I grinned up at him, he stood six foot and I only amounted to be about five eight, even with my four inch heels.

If mother and I didn't personally know lust, I'd swear Hayden or Alexander were just her ways of picking on me. Seeing as they were at the same place at the same time that ruled out both of them being her.

"Distracted, Carly?" Hayden asked with a wide grin. God he looked so sexy when he posed with one foot against the car door and his arms against the roof of his car.

"You are a very distracting young man," I giggle and smile at him. God I wished I had put on my expensive perfume or something this morning. At least I had shaved my legs and put on something cute and oh god I am such a girl!

"You're pouting," He noted and I frowned. This caused a laugh to bubble up from inside his chest. He went around and opened my door for me. "M'lady."

I rolled my eyes and slid into the front seat, crossing my legs. "Thank you, kind sir." I murmured and flashed a toothy smile.

It had the desired effect, he grinned and climbed into the seat beside me. He started the car and off we went to the coffee shop.

******

When we arrived at the coffee shop I was actually rather disappointed, we went to the one my friends and I hung out at. "This is where you guys hang out, right?" He said with a big smile and I nodded.

"Yup, this is where I first met Amber and Chloe, where Jennifer and I became the best of friends." Speak of the devil here came Jennifer, hanging all over that dreadful boy Alexander. He didn't look really happy, he was doing this to piss me off.

I groaned and pressed my face into my palm as we sat. There was no up side to this situation, Jennifer liked Hayden and I hated Alexander. So I did whatever friend would do when showing distaste; I leaned forward over the table, and gently pressed my lips to Hayden's.

I felt him grin against my lips, and I caught Jennifer glare at me from the corner of my eye as they slowly slid closed. As our lips stopped touching I didn't get tingles, I always thought when you kissed someone you liked you were supposed to tingle from your lips down your chest and in your finger tips.

I looked at Jennifer, who was now standing over me. She had an angry smile plastered on her face, Alex and I shared an electrifying glare.

"Can I help you?" Hayden asked calmly. Jennifer flashed him a flirty smile.

"Oh just here to see Carly." She murmured and flashed her brilliant teeth. God those things could blind someone, she needed to wear a medical mask.

I smiled at her, daring her to challenge Hayden or I. "Aren't Amber and Chloe waiting for you, sweet heart?" I said it with venom, I injected each word full and spat it out. She heard what he said to me, and she still chose him over me, but who didn't know the popular would choose the new kid over her best friend?

She glared at me, but they slowly left the table and I smiled at Hayden. He leaned over the table and whispered in my ear softly, it rose hairs on the back of my neck.

"I don't mind being the the guy you use to make someone jealous." He told me and he kissed the tip of my ear and I gasped, turning a bright shade of red.

"I hope you know, those rumors you hear aren't true." I hissed and he grinned.

"By the time I'm done with you, they will be." He assured me and I glared at him.

"No, they won't be." I insisted. "If they do, it will be after two years." Because once you become lust, you pretty much loose your self control.

"Alright, we'll take things slow." He undressed me with his eyes and I had to cover my chest with my arms to feel comfortable.

"And keep this hush-hush, or you can be fired." I warned and he waved me away.

"I realize, Carly," He grinned at me. "But your reputation would sky rocket."
