(Author's Note: I'm gonna try to write at least two chapters a year now, hopefully more.)

I... I can't do this... I can't continue with this imposter. As anxiety clouded my thoughts, I couldn't even catch myself taking steps back before sprinting off into the woods yet again...

I ran much longer than I thought I could, my willpower and pain carrying me far into my hometown and towards a familiar house. I collapsed onto the porch, hyperventilating and clutching my body as I tried to calm myself down by singing my favorite song again; Fight Song. As I sang to myself, the door to the house suddenly opened. An old and familiar face looked down at me with a calming smile, it was Martin Benson, the father of Barry and Harry. I had spent so much time at this house, seeing Mr. and Mrs. Benson like second parents since the passing of my own. Mr. Benson lifted me up, I don't know how a bee is able to pick me up so don't question it. He carried me inside and set me down on the couch where his wife, Janet Benson, joined us. She brought us some tea with honey.

"Now, Dear, what is going on with you? We haven't seen you in forever." Mr. Benson asked, the concern clear in his voice.

"I... I-I-I-I was b-being b-b-bullied in s-school a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-and r-ran to th-th-the r-roof. A... c-cocoon surrounded m-me... Th-Then Barry helped b-but had a-a-a f-fight w-w-w-w-with H-Harry..."

"I see... Those two have never really gotten along since we adopted Harry, I wonder why. Perhaps he feels left out? Anyway, you must've heard part of the truth then about Barry and Janet." Mr. Benson added. I nodded unsteadily.

"A-About th-the a-a-a-a-angel?" I asked to clarify. Janet rubbed my back as she nodded.

"That's right. I wasn't always a bee, I use to be a guardian angel. Martin here was always in danger so I was assigned to him. I couldn't help him as a human so I shifted to be a bee and that's when I met him. Oh he instantly captured my heart. He was stuck in an endless, tiring job so I dragged him out of the hive and we started a life amongst humans. He somehow found his way into the mob and I was simply just a business woman who climbed to the top and became CEO. We were so excited when we had Barry and when you came into our lives. When Harry came along, we were ready to give you all the best lives you could have." She spoke kindly.

"Although Barry doesn't seem too interested in working in the Mob and his angel skills aren't the best. We were hoping that he would've gotten more serious about life after college but he just doesn't seem too into getting a job. He needs to start thinking Bee! So, Y/N, since you two are suppose to marry, can you please try to motivate him into doing something?" Martin added to the conversation.

Me? Help Bartholomew Bailey Benson finally do something with his fucking life? How could I ever do that? He only sees me as a friend and I'm useless. I'm just a little whiny bitch.

"U-Um... I-I can t-t-t-try... I-I-I-I'm a b-bit busy though..." I stuttered out.

"Oh, of course if you're too busy then just ignore what he said. Barry isn't your responsibility, he's ours. You're free to leave whenever you wish, Dear." Janet explained softly.

I stood up and left the house with a finally wave. I stood in the road as it rained. I looked up and closed my eyes to ground myself from everything, this has been an eventful day... I took in my surroundings, my own house being nearby, the University I just came from being across town, and swamp just a bit into the forest. Where am I supposed to go now?

(Author's Note: The story will now start branching off into routes depending on which location you go to.)
