That Adam totally pissed me off. That night, when he stood in front of everyone, I saw Monica looking at him like he's the best man in the world. I cannot be wrong, I'm familiar with that stare. By that time, I noticed that she MUST have loved him. He loves that jerk! The glitters in her eyes will say it all!

How can my ego swallow that? A clown over an Olympian god? So that night, I cannot but have to claim back what's originally mine. I have to announce that he is gay to take away all of Monica's hope on him. I thought I nailed it, but I just raised him a notch higher. I'm not sure about his sexuality by now, I assumed he is gay, he admitted it, but I can feel there's something going on. These fed up emotions impelled me to do action. I went to Monica's place to show him the contract, that way I ended everything between them for good. Adam failed to see what's written on the contract, that he must not fall in love. Now, Adam is going down. He failed me so bad that I was even embarrassed in front of all those people. I won't let this pass, he's going to take my wrath.

The best revenge I can give is to make sure he won't win the Grand Gala night designer award. I'll put him back in the trash where he belongs. I called Zachary Johnson, his competitor, to plan for our game. However, this idiot turned me down. I told him I can pay for the votes but he said he can win it on his own. He is totally retarded, Adam is winning in all online polls. I have no choice but to use all my resources and power.

"Sir, you are badly needed at the conference room now?" Said one of the oldest employee as she entered my office.

"Why?" I asked, "Am I the one making schedules?"

"The CEO demands it." She persisted. I wonder how this girl had been working here for 20 years and still not know I'm the CEO?

"I am the CEO" I said, on my feet now.

"Mister Brandon Smith is here in the building right now."

What? How the hell can my father return without notice? This is insane!

"I'll follow." I said and she left.

Now I'm puzzled. What's this about? He's left us with no clue for five years then he suddenly came back in an instant. This old man is so unpredictable. I fixed my tie and headed to the conference hall.

Upon reaching the place, I saw six people around the conference table with my father sitting in the center. They all stare at me like I came late for work- My sister, my three other brothers and good ole Roger, my assistant. I can see one of my brothers giving me a sarcastic smile.

"Father, I'm not expecting you." I said trying to divert the awkward air.

"That's because you are not reading your mail." He responded. That's true, I never opened them for a while since I'm not in the mood for reading recently.

I sat in the chair beside my sister. "I hope you're prepared for this." She whispered.

"I hope you all know why you've been called." My father started.

"Indeed, Pa." said the Matthew, eldest of us all, "I prepared your residence and also reserved our newest car model for you."

"And I asked the kitchen staff to prepare some oriental Asian cuisine." Mark, second eldest butted in.

"And the girls of course." Joked John, my third brother, though my father giggled. My sister was still giving me a blank stare, probably waiting for me to say something. I did not.

"Ok let's get into business." My father said in a full tone, "I called you for me to evaluate my businesses, just in case some of you are not aware of the reason for my presence here right now." He glanced at me for a second then continued, "When you were small kids, I always tell stories. My favorite was a parable. Just to wake it up from your memories, I'll repeat it. Once there was an Old Master who has three servants. He went in a faraway land but before it, he entrusted 8 coins to them. The first one he gave 5, the second-two, and the last-one. After a long time, he returned to his servants and asked them what they did to the riches he entrusted. The first two servants doubled their yield by putting the money on work. Because of that, he rewarded them more. However, the third servant showed the same coin. He played it safe by burying it on the ground."
