I went to the cemetery today.
I saw my Dad today.
The first time in over 2 years.
Coen was there too.
He hugged me for 10 minutes while I cry. I pulled away from him.
Looking up, I said.
"When I die, tell them I want to be put here, next to my Dad."
He shook his head.
"No, because you're not going to die. Anything you do, I'll do two times worse. That's a promise."
I gave a small smile and nodded. He entwined his fingers in mine as we walked home in the cold, bitter wind with the setting sun glistening off my teary, wet eyelashes.
