I Want You Back

Prologue

They had me and Yung in handcuffs. I don't even know why were pulled over but i was praying they wouldn't open that trunk.
"Baby Girl if something goes wrong I'll take the wrap for everything. Ion want my girl up in prison, I want you finish our legacy." August said looking at me. I couldn't help but let a tear slip. I leaned over and kissed him as if it was ny last time.
"I love you girl."he said with foggy eyes.
"I love you too baby." I said hearing my voice crack.
When our moment was over my stomach dropped. Obe off the officers popped the trunk and found the bag of coke. He looked over at Yung and smirked.
They put us in squad cars, took us down to the station, and into interagation rooms. I kept quiet the whole time and so did August. We sat in a cell holding eachother until a black officer walked up to us.
"Alsina and uhhhh, Maraj?"he said reading of our last names. We just shook our heads and looked at him.
"Now someone's gonna have to confess to the drugs or ya both goin down. I can get cha some time off because they didnt have a warrat but other than that ya both lookin at 5-7 years in a state prison. I looked up at August, who had a blank stare on his face. As I was gonna take the heat Aug spoke up.
"It's mines. She didn't know it was in the car. I'm sorry baybeh."he said not looking in my direction.
They hauled him off down the hall and I was let go. Yung, Aug, August, whatever you wanna call him he was the love of my life we knew eachother since middle school. I love him very deeply. My heart hurt for him and these 5 years. Ima stand by him every step of the way.
