"Tell me why...." My hands finish their journey up his chest, "....did you think it was a good idea to...." I lean in close and whisper in his ear, "....keep the very crucial info that..." my hands went up his collarbone and framed his neck, "-you were a prince and god from me!?"

My hands close around his neck as I begin to strangle the life out of him.

The instantaneous switch between deeply horny, to very afraid was comical to see. I'd be laughing my ass off if I wasn't in the middle of wringing the life out of him.

"Wait! WAIT!! I barely classify as a demi-god at best!!" He pleads for mercy.

"YOU THINK THAT MAKES IT BETTER!?" I cry back. "Seeing as you've always been aware of them, how about YOU tell ME exactly how I feel about that excuse of an explanation right now!!!"

"I CAN EXPLAIN!!"

*PLOP!!*

My attempted murder was swiftly interrupted by a LOUD crashing sound behind the both of us.

We look over to see Dion collapsed completely on the floor.

"DION!!" We broke apart and rush over to him.

The sickening *THUD* of his body slamming onto the floor scrambles my brain. I go from straddling Leo to jumping across the room within the same second.

How could I forget!? The man was barely hanging on to consciousness to begin with!! OF COURSE he would black out the first second he could!!

My knees slide on across the floor as I dove down and came to a swift stop right next to him and yanked his head up harder than I intended.

I wanted to be gentle and move slowly with him, but the fear and panic receptor in my brain would have none of that, as all my movements were a jittery, jerky mess.

Leo was no better as he flung himself into the spot next to me, and I laid down Dion's head on his lap as he knelt down on the floor as well.

"Dionysus!? Are you with me!?" Leo's voice cracked as it rose to a soprano the more words he spoke.

"Uuuugh....b-bright...." Was all Dion could say in a guttural response.

"DO NOT GO INTO THE LIGHT!!!" I cry in abject fear.

His body shivers at my loudness, and again I'm at a loss. I recoil away, fearing that maybe my close presence was what was causing him to-

"You're too loud." Was all Leo softly said to swiftly cut off my spiralling panic.

"What!...uh...what??" I said, struggling to understand the meaning of his words.

"We're all kinda...sensitive to sound." Leo then elaborates as he lovingly looks down at Dion and brushes his hair to the side. "It was fine up on the surface, and in your ship, cause the sound can disperse into the air. But down here, you're kinda.....EXTRA loud."

Then everything suddenly clicks and snaps into place.

The reaction everyone had to me yelling all made sense now.

The guards flinching whenever I yelled, Leo jumping back when his mom first arrived and I felt shock.....

The only person who seemed immune to my sounds and loud noises was his mom.

"Why am I only NOW learning about this??" I angrily question. "I've been yelling up and down the place since I got here!!"

Leo shrugged flippantly in response.
