Ok first of you don't know them ask for their number or get to know them

Then wait for him or her to text u. If they don't respond that night u text them and say hey it's (your name) from (your class ).

Get to know them even more and ask them some questions like wens your b-day and how old are u like some personal stuff. 
                          4.
Then if they like you ask out over calling (if dare) or txting if your scared trust me it's works!!!
