I gasped as a shooting pain ran down my neck and spine. I took a few deep breaths before trying to sit up again. I rubbed my neck and sniffed trying to get rid of the tears of pain from my eyes. I had survived the night here in this abandonded warehouse in a steel cage with nothing. It was freezing and I couldn't stop shivering, I was bursting for the toilet and desperate for something to eat, my growling stomach echoing my thoughts.
I heard sniggering outside the door to the room I was kept in before it opened slowly to reveal Vicky, the werewolf girl that, for some reason, really hated me. In her hands were what smalled like a roll and bacon. I stared at her as she licked her lips and her eyes danced with anticipation, my stomach ws ready for growling and I tried so hard to stop it from doing so.
"Can you smell it?" She asked.
"Can you smell how good it is?" She asked again and took a huge bite out of it.
Little bits of roll and a few bits of fat fell onto the floor, my stomach let out a small grumble despite my willing it not to. I looked down at the ground and she let out a hideous laugh.
"Bet you wish you could lick the crumbs off the floor huh?" She giggled and went to take the last piece of her roll in her large mouth.
"No, that's for dogs like you" I sneered.
This enraged her and before I knew it she was at the bars of my cage with her hands around my throat. Her eyes wide and nostrils flaring.
"Say that again you pathetic, useless human!" She screamed.
I clawed at her hands as she squeezed tighter and tighter, even if she let go before I passed out, I think she will have collapsed my windpipe.
"That's enough!" Shouted the other female.
Vicky was ripped from me and I leaned forward, head against the cold steel bars, coughing and spluttering as I tried to breath, tears creating puddles on the floor. My neck was sore before but now it was in agony. I peeked up to see the other woman pinning Vicky to the wall with a transformed arm, her teeth also transformed as she snarled in her face. Vicky tried to change her hand but the other woman spotted it and changed her other hand quickly and pinned Vicky's hand to the wall aswell.
"We have to keep her alive as bait for tonight!"
"She'll be dead after it anway! We can say she's been knocked out, he can't tell if we keep her at a distance!" Vicky gasped in an angry, deep voice.
"You will do as Shaun commands!"
"I thoguht we were free wolves!" Vicky pushed the other woman off her successfully and they eyed each other, circling slowly.
"We left our pack to be free! Do as we wanted!"
"We left our pack to follow Shaun!" Vicky was corrected.
Snarling, Vicky straightened her back and looked around the floor, I looked behind me and felt a small surge of triumph; there was the last bit of her roll. I gave a slight cough which was enough to get Vicky's attention, I put the piece of roll that had just a tiny piece of bacon on it into my mouth and licked my lips, trying not to cough as it scratched its way down my throat. Vicky snarled and made to go for me again but the other woman stopped her, Vicky left. I sat down with my back against the bars at the other side and gasped and wiped my face, the other woman approached me and unlocked the door, I frowned at her.
"Try to run and I won't stop Vicky from killing you" Was all she said as I followed her out of the room.
There were no men awake at this time I noticed as I made my way through the building and into a back room where a door stood open and I could see the porcelin seat of a toilet.
