The beginning

"Jasmine I'm sorry I didn't tell you" he told me tears still streaming down my face.

"how long will you be there?" I sniffled.

"2 and a half years" he told me and I started to cry even more.

"At least I'm going to my dream school in LA and I'll have my lovely girlfriend to support me" he smiled.

"Luke.. That's the problem I can't be with you" I told him.

"Why not.." He looked devastated.

"Because I can't deal with long distance relationships" I wiped away my tears.

"But I want you to be mine.. Ive been your best friend for 10 whole years and I'd do anything to be called yours" he said.

"What if I wait for you" I said.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"I'll wait for you, I can date whoever but I will never say "I love you" because I want to say it to you, so I'll wait for you" I smiled.

"Well, I'll wait for you too Jasmine" he smiled back.

"Promise?" I asked.

"I promise" he said pulling me into a hug.

"Please don't leave Luke.." I cried into his chest.

That moment may look like the end of our relationship. But it was only the beginning.
