I couldn't actually see anything. I calm, male voice was heard in the darkness.

"You have been chosen."

For what? Why? All these questions rushed to my head, but all were left unanswered because I could not speak. It wasn't like me lips were sealed, but more or so that my vocal cords weren't there

The voice continued.

"You'll be leaving your comfortable life for one of adventure. Are you okay with this?"

'All I ever wished for was an adventure. I am more than okay with this predicament.' I thought, as if I was really speaking.

I could feel the voice smile. "You are now entering a new destination, the world of hunters."

I felt my body creating it's self again, but it felt like I wasn't as big as I usually was.

It was... weird.

I once again saw only darkness, but I could feel things around me, and my body.

I felt a lick on my cheek. My eyes opened sleepily. My eye lids felt rather heavy but I pushed that behind me as my eyes focused to the little kitten on my shoulder. She was a black cat, with blue eyes. Her eyes seemed to have a playful sparkle to them.

"Navi," I said, uttering a the name of the LoZ fairy under my breath. I held the kitten in my hands.

"Your name is Navi, right?" I said to the kitten with a tilt of my head.

The feline mewed happily. I placed her on my head as I looked around to see myself under a tree in a forest. I stood up, my body feeling like it had been in an uncomfortable position for a nap. I stretched, feeling my bones pop. I decided to inspect the environment around me.

Everything seemed... animated. The gravity and air felt different too. Much lighter, as if I was on the moon. I felt more flexible, and could feel tight muscles under my porcelain skin. I checked my hair color, and it stayed the same even thought it was originally dyed, not natural.

I punched a tree, not putting way to much force into it. The tree completely broke off. I was surprised at how easily I did it, and proceed to try a back flip.

Now I was never anybody with a flexible body, and I couldn't even do a proper cartwheel. So of course I was surprised when I could suddenly do a perfect back flip with such grace. Somehow Navi was still on my head after my flip too.

I gave myself a check up before I continued into the forest. I was no longer wearing my school uniform, but rather a white tank top with thick straps. Over it, I wore a mint green crop top that had those weird sleeves that showed your shoulders. I wore a dark blue mini skirt and a pair of black sneakers too. My hair were also in pigtails tied with mint ribbon.

I continued into the forest after that. I soon met a clearing with a beautiful blue pond, and a man was fishing there.

The man answered a few of my questions, but gave me a few more with simply his existence.

The man was none other than Ging Freecss.

A plan quickly wrote itself in my mind. I pulled Navi into my arms and put on a smile.

"Lovely, isn't it?"

Ging looked over where I was standing. "Yeah, gives you quite a nice feeling of peace." he replied, looking back into the pond. I walked to the rock he was sitting on.

"Mind if I sit?" "Not at all."

I sat next to him, putting Navi into my lap, stroking her as she purred. "So why are you out here, in the middle of nowhere?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Out to enjoy nature, I guess." "'You guess'?" he questioned, giving me a narrowed eye stare.

"Yes, that would be my assumption. You see," I said, looking down a Navi. "I have lost all my memories, so it seems. I have no idea where I am. I do remember my name though."

"Would you mind sharing?" Ging asked. "No, not at all. My name is Akiyo Izumi. I seem to have much strength too." Ging nodded. "Ging Freecss."

Ging looked at me again. "Do you remember anything else?"

I nodded my head. "I think I can remember getting hit by a truck... But that's the faintest thing I can remember about why..."

Ging got up, putting his rod away. "Well, I can't leave a seven year old by herself. Especially in the middle of nowhere.

I gave him a confused look. "Really? You came off as a little bit of a 'none of my business' person."

He laughed. "I am, you just caught me in a good mood. Plus, I like you. Easy and calming character."

I smiled at him. "Thank you."

~While walking in the forest~

"Hey Ging?" Navi was no longer in my arms, but walked next to me.

"Yeah?" He questioned, still looking at the map he was using.

"I remember something called Nen. I don't know if I ever learned how to harness it, but I remember it exists. Would you mind teaching it to me?"

He gave me a look. "You must be some prodigy if you knew what Nen was at seven. Either that or you're much older, just extremely short."

"No, I'm seven. I checked when I used that bathroom." I said, softly giggling as I saw Ging's face light up a nice shade of red.

"Well why are you so well educated?" He said, trying to control his blush. "You use fancy words a lot and know about..." His face started to turn red again "p-pu-pube-"

I cut him off with a small giggle. "My gut tells me it's a mental thing. Something that teaches me much faster." I shrugged my shoulders and looked down. "The wonders of memory loss."

Ging turned back to the first subject at hand. "Nen, eh? I'm not way to good at teaching, but I did have a student, and I'm pretty sure he turned out well." He said, screeching his head. "I guess..."

I grinned at him. "Thank you so much!" I said, hugging his waist. He grinned back and lightly ruffled my hair. "You're pretty cute too." I turned a bit red at this and let go. "T-Thanks."

My adventure was just beginning.
