Chapter 2

*Zachary's POV*

"Alyssa please don't treat me this way, that was the past.. We can move on from that. I'm a different person now."

I wanted her back and I don't know how I'd get her but I'd do it if 

it was the last thing I'd do. I had to have her. Something about her makes me so attracted to her I can't help but stare.

I was in a daze for about 5 minutes and when I finally came back to my senses she was gone. Have of the cafeteria was gone. Lunch was just about over.

*Alyssa's POV*

He seemed like he was in a daze so I had to quickly run away. He made my stomach turn I really hated him. As I began to walk away, Azaria and Nick had ran after me. How could they set me up this way.

"I'm sorry I put you through that lyssa I didn't know it would play out that way" Zari said to me sincerely.

I don't even want to talk about it anymore I'm so done with him. I knew she didn't mean to set me up that way so I just left it alone. She was my best friend after all so I knew she'd do nothing to hurt me intentionally. "It's okay Zari, I know you didn't mean for that to happen."

Finally I reached my second period an it just so happened that Zari, and Nick had class with me. We walked in and sat down and just waited for class to start.

"Hello class, my name is Mrs. Bell and I will be your AP Trigonometry teacher for the year."

She said it so sweetly, she had the voice of an angel I could tell this was going to be a good class. Today had been a weird day for me. I couldn't keep my attention towards class because I had so many scattered thoughts going around in my head. So much to take in in one day. I almost kissed my teacher, my retarded ex appears out of no where. Two simple things made my head want to explode.

Before I knew it class was over. We had about 45 to 50 minutes in class because we had 8 classes a day. Sadly I only got through two of them.

My day had went by fast after third period. I loved all my classes and luckily I didn't have any classes with Zachary.

I was on my way to my locker to get my things and meet Azaria and Nick, but instead there stood Zachary beside my locker.

"Uhh excuse me." I said to him in the most annoyed tone I could have. "Alyssa why are you telling me to move, my locker is right here." Great just great, now this kids locker is beside mine. I'm just gonna get my things and go. I had no homework of coarse because it was the first day. I put my folders away grabbed my bag and darted for the front doors of the school.

I had called Azaria multiple times and I couldn't find her anywhere I guess I had to walk home alone.

*Zayn's POV*

After all 7 classes I taught today there was only one thing on my mind and it had been Alyssa. I need to get out of here. I locked my classroom and headed out to my car. On my ride home I had noticed Alyssa walking home by herself so I pulled over and offered her a ride. "Alyssa!" I called out to her. "Would you like a ride home?" I had asked her. She looked like she wanted to hop in but she refused. She probably thought I was a creep or something. "Sort yourself" I said as I pulled off. Why couldn't I stop thinking about this young women. I just met her and she's a student, I need to calm down.

*Alyssa's POV*

On my way home I ended up seeing Mr. Ariah. He looked so sexy behind the wheel. The way he called my name turned me on so much, even his voice was sexy. He offered me a ride, and as much as I wanted to get in and ride something else I had to turn down his offer. I had too much on my mind and I didn't want people to think I had something going on with my teacher. He could lose his job.

I finally reached home and there was no one there. My parents always got home at six so I was home alone for about an hour. As soon as I stepped in I ran to my room, put my bags down and called Azaria so I could tell her about what happened in the classroom today with Mr. Ariah. Unfortunately she didn't answer, where the hell could she be I'm beginning to get worried.

There was so much on my mind so I decided to put on my favorite sweat suit and go for a quick walk downtown. It was only a few minutes away so I'm sure ill be home by the time my mom gets home. It was such a nice day outside and I liked to look into the windows of all the shops, I guess you could say I was window shopping. As I approached my favorite cafe I thought it'd be a perfect day to get a milkshake considering this weather. I looked in the window in that cafe and I had seen Zachary and Azaria sitting in a booth with his hand over hers. I couldn't believe this, how could this be? She was my best friend, that was my first love.. How could she possibly do this to me?! I was frozen, my body was in shock, and I most fainted. I didn't know if I should go in and confront the two or hide beside and spy. I had to do what was right. Filled with anger and my fist balled up I walked into the cafe swinging the door behind me behind careless towards anyone if they were behind me.

*Azaria's POV*

Shit, I had lost my phone and I needed to get home as soon as possible.. What am I gonna do without a phone. My phone is my life. More importantly how am I going to talk to Alyssa after school. "Zachary!" I yelled to him, come here for a second please. "What is it Azaria, is everything okay?" He said to me in a worried tone. I couldn't help but let out tears and try to get my story out. "I lost my phone, I've been looking everywhere and it's no where to be find. What am I going to do?!" I leaped into his arms for a hug and he began to run my back to comfort me. "It's okay Zari, I'll help you find your phone, I promise."

I don't know why Zachary was being so nice to me it was weird, and he called me "Zari" he never called me that before. That didn't really matter right now, all I could think about was my precious baby in somebody else's possession. Immediately after school me and Zach walked around the school in search of my phone, it was no use someone must have took it. We gave up. "I'm sorry we couldn't find your phone, maybe you could track it, I'll ask around tomorrow and tonight to see if anyone has it." He said to me. Thank you soooo much Zach you've been a good help. "Let me take you to the cafe downtown just to get your mind off things." I was so confused, did Zachary just invite me to the cafe with him.. This is so weird. "Uh okay sure" I told him I don't know why but I just couldn't turn him down.
