As I water the seeds and dawn begins to break, I begin to ponder again, this time about the Ancients. They ruled this planet before us but it's hard to believe that their the same race as us. Wasteful and stupid are what they were, as they gulped in air, guzzled water for preposterously useless tasks, that they called "essential." Wacky leaders with awful ideas forced them into self-destruction and they used soooooo much metal, oil and plastic. Furthermore, they destroyed forests for things we wouldn't even think of these days, also they destroyed habitats, like the North Pole - and the south one! Everyone had problems with everyone else about stupid things like skin colour! After they had problems with others, the Ancients caused billions of wars, killing their own race, landscapes and other creatures, which they drove, eventually to extinction. I can't believe humans could be such imbeciles! So the last people left (after the Mass Destruction) began Society,as we know it , and made camp around the Last Tree, which we are still around, and drank it's air, as their destruction had killed clean air. There were four of them left,( well 20 actually but four main ones who created The Plan)Tris Crawford and her husband Tobias Crawford, along with Camilla Reyes and Noah Squires. The Plan was for all 20, 11 female and 9 male to reproduce to create another generation and settle here, by The Tree. This plan worked and began an intelligent race who worked for more Trees and to keep life going , to make the world better. Henceforth, the next generation advanced in creating things and started Society, with its proper name and rules, then the first Leader came, Clarice Jackson, who lead us into the most technologically advanced race ever, with hover cars and Power and advanced breathing systems along with creating our own water. Quickly, I'm taken back to the present with the shrill cry of " Cassia, you have slacked off, come with me" from a strict looking male General, who drags me by my collar before I can reply and the last words I hear are from David, the kid next to me," Uh-oh, good luck with that one, Cassia."
