Chapter 5 - A lot of work

"It's so nice here, it feels like home." I walked around and lied down in a patch of grass with flowers all around it.

"Finny would love it here." I thought as I closed my eyes.

"(F/N)? Open your eyes, it's not time yet."

'Hmm? Open my eyes? Alright.'

I slowly opened my eyes, still adjusting to the light, my body aching with pain. I was continuously blinking my eyelids trying to adjust as fast as I could.

"(F/N)?"

"She's reached consciousness again doctor."

"Her heart rate is starting to stable."

Multiple voices were heard around me. I was confused on what had happened. A hand grabbed mine and I slowly turned to the left, and saw a familiar face.

"F-Finny?" I asked quiet and tiredly.

"(F/N)?! Are you okay?" He asked as he squeezed my hand.

"I don't know..what happened?" I replied as I squeezed back.

"You gave birth and your heart stopped for a few minutes." Finny said as he pushed hair away from my face. "Our kids are over there." Finny continued as he pointed to a cart where there babies slept.

"Can I see them?" I asked a nurse, she nodded and rolled the cart over to us. "We still have to name them." I said to Finny as I held the girl and Finny held the boy.

"Her name can be Lily. Lilies are beautiful, so will she." Finny said smiling. I smiled back.

"That sounds lovely." I replied, holding my baby close. "What about him?" I asked.

"We can think of one together." Finny replied, which I nodded. We talked to each other about different names but we couldn't committed to one.

"How about, Caleb?" I asked. He smiled at me and nodded.

"Caleb it is." He said as he gave me a kiss in the lips.

"We have a lot of work ahead of us." I replied as I looked at the child in my arms and his arms. "We'll do great."

"Miss (F/N), you have some visitors." A nurse said as she stood by he door.

"Let them in, thank you." You replied as you were holding Caleb and Finny was holding Lily. Ciel and Sebastian entered the room, and your lips curved into a smile. "Ciel!! Hi!!!" You quietly squealed.

"Hello.." He replied as he walked over towards the two of you, Sebastian following.  The four of you talked until you started to feel hungry.

"Oh, Ciel! Why don't you hold Caleb, just until I finish eating." I said as I held Caleb out to him. He pursed his lips as he held Caleb.

"Young Master, move your left arm up a bit to support his head and make sure your right arm has him secure." Sebastian informed Ciel as He struggled to hold Caleb comfortably.

"You're doing good Ciel." I smiled as I called the nurse to get me some food. I ordered some soup, so it wouldn't be too hard for me and my sore body. I drank the soup and watched as the boys interacted with the babies. It was so cute.

I ate soft fruit and gave some to Finny time to time. Since Ciel was holding Caleb, it gave me some relaxation time to rest and stretch my arms.

"Thank you Ciel." I said as I held out my arms to get Caleb. He gave me Caleb and stretched his arms.

"It wasn't that bad.." Ciel replied. I laughed at him.

"Then don't be bothered when I leave the kids at the manor for you to watch." I joke.

"Don't." He replied, his hand on his forehead.

"It's time to go Young Master, rest well (F/N)." Sebastian said to us before they left.

"Bye! Thanks for visiting!" I replied waving. I sighed happily and rested my head back on my pillow. I turned over to Finny who was sitting down in the chair with Lily sleeping.

"I love you." Finny said randomly. My lips parted from shock but I smiled and kissed him.

"I love you too." I replied with a warm smile. He ran his hand through his gold hair and looked at me, causing me to blush at that hot scene.

"Guess what?" He asked, his hand on the back of his neck.

"What?"

"I'm really tired.."

Sorry for the shortish chapter! I was tired and a bit stressed, but I'm glad I actually got to it and wrote a chapter!

I might be updating late because school is coming up and I have sports to do, so sorry in advance!
