"But dad what if I don't want to become king?"
"Its not up to you, you know how this works Niall the first born must always become king you know that"
"But why? I don't understand I think I deserve a choice plus Luke wants to be king so why can't he be king?"
"Because he wasn't first born!"
"But I don't want to be king! Why can't you understand that?"
"Oh because being human is so much better!"
"Who knows maybe it is but I wouldn't know that cause you won't let me be human!"
"Because its dangerous out there!"
"And how would you know that you haven't been up there in years for all we know it could have changed!"
"Fine you really want to go up there?"
"Yes!"
"Follow me then" We made our way to the magic room is what I like to call it basically where we keep all our potions and anything magic related
"Here this is a necklets that will allow you to be human for one month. you must put this on when you reach land if you do it now it wouldn't work once you put it on the scales on your tail will become a towel and you must not lose this towel if this towel were to rip you would slowly die but don't worry if it were to rip you must come to me as soon as possible and I will fix it also you must become a merman at least twice a day or you would lose all of your energy and in order for you to become a merman you must take your necklets off and jump into the water when you have the necklets on you can't become a merman when you touch water but don't worry you'll be able to swim it comes naturally also before I forget in order to become human again you must dry yourself with the towel or you'll be stuck a merman again also don't put the necklets on wait until your human again or the necklets will get confused and brake and last but not least I command you to come visit at least times a week" He tells me as he gives me a necklets with a starfish made out of old looking metal with a swirl in the middle
"Okay father" I say turning around walking out of the castle ready to start my journey
"Oh I almost forgot Niall, you must not fall in love!"
