Sleep troubles

This is set when Wally and Artemis are living together in palo alto. Also please ignore the picture, unless you want to look at in which you can. I just wanted to show it to JinxedPanda4Life

Artemis and Wally had had an argument causing Artemis to refuse sleeping in the same bed as Wally. Artemis was on the couch trying to get to sleep, she regretted the argument it was so stupid but she couldn't help but imagine the smug smile on Wally's face if she gave up and went to the bedroom, especially after she had made such a big deal out of the whole thing. The steady patter of rain outside grew louder and heavier, sure enough there was a low rumble of thunder that echoed around the living room, great Artemis hated thunder storms. Artemis' bad thoughts kept on bothering her, it was well past midnight when Artemis finally managed to drift off to sleep on the couch. Artemis had barely had 10 minutes of sleep when she woke up again to the sound of thunder again, there was a quick flash of bright light, she just couldn't stay asleep, storms scared the living daylights out of her. She was missing something, this something was Wally West's muscular arms wrapped around her protectively, cradling her, they would hold her until she fell asleep, she needed him right now. She closed her eyes tightly trying not to let the storm get to her, she buried her head in her blanket.
Soon after artemis heard a soft voice whisper her name, she looked up to see Wally's tall, lean, muscular figure casting a dark shadow on her, he looked tired. Wally picked Artemis up carrying her back to the bedroom "arty i can't sleep without you, i am so so sorry for earlier."
Another flash of lightning crossed the room lighting up his face, his beautiful piercing eyes, his cute freckles that he almost outgrown, his pink lips that were just so kissable right now, he was being genuine she could tell, she buried her head in his bare chest, smelling his fresh, clean scent "it's okay. I'm really sorry too, i shouldn't have made such a big deal out of something so stupid. Plus i couldn't sleep without you either." she told him, mumbling into his chest.
He pulled the covers away on her side of the bed placing her down, tucking her in. He walked round to his side getting under the covers. "It's still my fault i started it, will you forgive me?" Wally asked placing small kisses along her collar bone.
"Of course Baywatch." Artemis smiled, giving him a kiss on the lips. She pulled away but Wally wrapped his arms around her pulling her closer to him. After a moment of resistance, artemis kissed back, she could feel his smirk against her lips. There was another loud clap of thunder, Artemis stiffened, drawing back.
"Artemis it's all fine." Wally said in a soothing voice, drawing small circles on her back and cheek with his thumbs. Looking into her stormy grey orbs adoringly, he loved every single inch of her, her golden hair spread out around her like a halo, her small smooth delicate fingers that were resting his chest, her small figure that was perfect at all angles. Artemis started to ease a bit, she relaxed herself into Wally her shape fitting with his perfectly. She rested her head on his broad shoulder, her hand on his well toned chest, their legs were entwined.
She lifted her head one last time giving him a quick peck on the cheek whispering "i love you."
"I love you too." He smiled back, drawing her closer. The rain was easing off, Artemis felt safe again, in the arms and under the protection of Wally West.

This is a very short oneshot, but i couldn't think on how to improve it, but if anyone has any requests/prompts feel free to ask.
