Minni version: Playtime co aderviste a toy called Dr Pheoalions a doctor doll that was base after Dr. Pheobe. The doll had movable joints in arms, legs, and hands in the ad show her in play set lab which came with the doll.

Backstory: Pheobe Winters was a scientist and someone who care for the orphans as medical doctor and was the head medical staff.
Besides being the head of the medical she was also Doctor Sawyer assistant. She knew about the bigger body experiments disagreed with the program.
Pheobe relationship with Harley Sawyer was completely complicated. The two had different opinions about what happening at Playtime Co and when she talked to him in more scientific way Harley understands her points of view and Pheobe did find some his research interesting even if she didn't agree with it.
While some the medical staff helped with the experimenting, she didn't she only interacted with toys as medial doctor and somehow a counselor for them when it was needed. As well training the staff underneath her to be counselors.
She despited the Ms. Gracie programming as well out right saying there probably was a better way to help them then banished the them as well complaining that her work load multiple as a counselor to the toys because of of damn programing and she didn't care that Gracie was the head counselor or not.
While Elliot Ludwig understands her points and reasoning, Leith Pierre didn't not. Leith only saw Phoebe as the other tool in the factor. When she voice her out right concerns to the Mr. Lugwid it made Leith feel more bitter about Pheobe.
When Leith took over he knew Pheobe was the head of the medical staff and she knew Playtime co secrets as well so Leith couldn't just fire her. So Leith Peirre came up with a plan told Pheobe he talked with her about her complaints but in reality it was trap to turned her into a toy.
Afterwards Pheobe was turned into turned toy the they try to used the same conditioning program but it didn't work which made Pheobe laughed at Leith. She eventually did called out.
'while her and Sawyer know are total jackass at time and probably going to hell as well. At least they aren't as bad you Leith, knowing that you kept just get rid of the problem or making a toy out of employee because the don't fit your standards or even worse'
After a few days Pheobe was granted to go back to doing her work again as head of the staff she just cover her doll like joints up with clothing and she made sure that clothing that didn't catch on those joints.
Before the hour of Joy happen Phoebe was responsible for Harley Sawyer getting a robotic body. After the hour joy she only team up with the Protype to look after the orphans that is.
