The Academy

*Time Skips*

Ser POV.

I've made it to the class room on time. it's my first day & i kind of got a butterflies in my stomach ... " Who are you I may ask, wait or you the new students Serranae Sarutobi?" the person who seems to be the sensei of this class. "Umm... Y-yes sir I am. I replied nervously. Well come on in introduce yourself to the class & after take a seat where ever you would like. the sensei relied. I stood in front of my new classmate. "hey you guys!" i said waving to them. My name is Serranae Sarutobi, I'm from the village hidden in the mist but came to konoha when something tragic happened . I'm now living with my grandfather, as you guys may know him as the Third Hokage. I'm 8 years old & I like a lot of thins & dislike a lot of things. OH! and also I'm going to surpass my grandfather some day! CHA !!" I giggled after & took my seat next to a raven haired boy. The class looked surprised as who my grandfather was except him I shrugged it off..
Okay class im Iurka I will be you sensei this year you will learn simple jutus, the history about ninjas, & the meaning of chakra & the different chakra natures over your 4 years of being here. The class sighed including me. I didn't know it will take all this to become a ninja , but hey I have to do what I have to do to surpass gramps.

*Lunch Time*

We were dismissed for lunch .. every girl in my class ran over to the raven haired boy trying to talk to him or cheered at him for doing something "cool" I rolled my eyes ugh these girls have nothing else better to do. he was kind of shocked since I set next to him in class I was gonna fan girl over him. but sitting on a swing alone eating my rice balls I see a blonde haired boy he was by himself sitting on the playground bench eating some ramen. I stuffed the rest of my rice ball in my mouth & walked over to him.
Hey! I spoke to the blonde spiky haired kids. His gorgeous blue eyes staring at me, he blushed a little but didn't want me to notice it . I giggled , "well are you gonna say anything?" he blink out of his thoughts, "I'm shocked anyone never really talk to me I mean they only spoke to me when it was really convenient to them." he said sadly. hey you don't have to worry about that with me. How about being my first friend here you knuckle head? I said after giggling.his eyes brighten up with happiness! Heck Yeah I'll be your friend!! My name is Naruto Uzumaki & I am now Serranae Sarutobi's first friend. BELIEVE IT! he exclaimed. wow he doesn't seem that bad I mean yeah he's very loud but he seems to be a kind person. I thought. Hmm.. okay well umm , yeah , I like a lot of thing such as ramen & all types of them. I love the village I live in but sometimes I hate leaving here cause people always look at me & treat me like I'm some beast.. but I'm glad I have a new friend too! well I dislike that sasuke guy hm ! he think he's so cool! I giggle at his words. I kind of agree with him. oh I don't know who my parents are I was told they died trying to save the leaf village after giving birth to me. Naruto said Sadly... Hey don't be said you have me now Naruto we're going to be the best of friends & I'll never leave your side.i said joyfully. BELIEVE IT ! Naruto replied. oh & Serranae I think I have a crush on two people but I just met one of them today ... he said with a slight blush on his face.. who was he talking about? could it be me he's talking about I mean he's not that bad looking for kid my age. what am I saying I can't be liking him we barely know each other & were only 8. oh well I'll just wait a while I want to build a friendship first with him & a lot of others as well. I thought. Serranae? Naruto snapped me out of my thoughts. hm? I said looking wide eyed. it's time to go back to class he said all the others are inside . come one lets go I said grabbing his hand running towards the academy.

*Time Skips*

Ser. POV

it's the last final minutes of class I kept staring at the clock on the wall. gosh will this class get over with I knew this information from reading moms old books. the bell rings & it snaps me out of my thoughts....

Hey Naruto wanna come wanna come over to my house I said running to catch up to him. he turned around before he noticed he had a red blush on his face ...

Naruto POV

I suddenly felt my face get hot like before when we first laid eye contact ... but I shook it off . U-Uh Sure Serranae! BELIEVE IT!! i managed to get out. Serranae giggled at my actions. she grabbed my hand we walked through the village passing up my favorite ramen shop. I wanted to stop so badly but I'm going to the THIRD Hokages house that's a kind of special event if you ask me. I mean I might not be an everyday thing for me Serranae is bound to make more friends at the academy she's very friendly. also veeerrrryyy pretty like so pretty I can give her the best hug ever. I chuckled under my breath at my thoughts. we finally made it to her clan compound it's kind of like the Uchiha Compound, but this place was very lively than the Uchiha Compund that's like a ghost town after the massacre.. we entered her home the lord Hokages greated us & I greeted him back , " Hey Gramps long time to see." Serranae looked at me pretty weirdly but I shrugged it off...

Third's POV

I merely chuckled at Naruto's response , he's always a bit dense when it comes down to certain things but I can see it in his eyes he has sorta a crush on my little Serranae. hey Naruto can I talk to you for a second ? & Princess could you set the table for dinner & all ask you about your first day. Okay Gramps. Serranae replied as she walked off . Hmm Naruto you know I know what I'm going to ask right ? ... N-N-No sir ? he stuttered. Well Naruto I can tell by the look in your eyes you have a crush on my little princess, if so please take good care of her. I feel like some bad events will happen to the leaf, but don't tell her it will break her heart if she loses me . got that ?i whispered. Naruto nodded his head in agreement . Tables all set you guys ! hey grandpa what's for dinner? Serranae said.. spicy shrimp curry . I replied to her. hmm yummy both Naruto & Serranae said while licking their lips. You guys get seated at the table I'll serve dinner in just a minute ...

While place their foods on their plates they immediately dug right in. I sat down after I put the empty pot in the kitchen and started eating my dinner... So Serranae I see you made a friend today at the academy.. So how was the rest of the day there? I asked.
"Well yeah that obvious Pa but what Iruka Sensei was teaching I already knew about from reading my moms only academy books. oh & gramps is it normal for girls to fan-girl over just one boy? I mean the boy isn't all that I mean sure he's good looking but really he personality seems so cold & dark, well maybe I'll make him my friend tomorrow to see what he's like.. Oh! me and Naruto hit off during lunch the other kids weren't playing with him so I decided to talk to him & make him my first friend." she finished. That's good my dear well it's getting pretty late & too late for a kid to be walking home. Naruto how about you stay here for the night? I asked him. Really Gramps? he questioned. Yeah you kids can either share her bed or you just catch the couch in the living room. I finished my statement. Yeah gramps I'll stay ! he finished with a light blush on his face.

Serranae & Naruto POV

We went to my room Naruto dropped his bag on the floor. Well I have dibs on the shower first . Serranae said while sticking her tongue out at him. Serranae went into the bathroom & started her shower. "Man! why do I always blush around her I mean she's very pretty but there's Sakura too. eh Sakura never pays attention to me like Serranae does now, so I guess I'll wait until we're older to see if she feels the same way..... " Naruto sighed .... it was 5 minutes later & Serranae was finally out the shower in her pj's drying her hair with a towel ...
Hey Serranae? Naruto said... "yes Naru?" she replied. W-Well you should wear your hair down more often you look prettier that way. he said with his eyes closed & his face turning red. She giggled. "thanks Naruto. & Hey! I know you have a crush on me I overheard you my grandpa talking, so you don't have to hide it anymore but you can wait until we're older let just be friends okay? " You got it Serranae. Believe It! while putting his fist in the air.
"NOW GO TAKE A SHOWER! you reek of Ramen !" Serranae exclaimed. He ran to the bathroom & started his shower... I got into my bed laid under the covers. Naruto took too long so I closed my and drifted off to sleep..
I finally gotten out the shower in my pj's that gramps gave me. I looked over to see Serranae sleeping. she looked so peacefully just lying there. well I was pretty beat so I climbed in to be next to her & turned the opposite way and fell asleep...
