"A kiss."

Hold up. Wait wait. Let's rewind that. Did he say he wanted to kiss me?

Well duh that's what he said.

Do I want to kiss him?

Well uh yeah look at him!

What if he kiss me and then I kiss back but then he doesn't like it? Is the deal off? All because he finds out that I'm a bad kisser!

My thoughts are interrupted by something soft being pressed against my lips...

Omg he's kissing me.

His lips are so soft. I immediately start to kiss back.

He wraps his arm around my back to bring me closer. His touch sends tingles up my spine and throughout my body.

He tastes like candy....

"Ow!"

I scream at his sudden outburst feeling a little dizzy from the kiss.

"What?"

He laughs and touches his lip before saying,"You bit my lip."

Oop. Did I actually bite him?

"OMG I'm so sorry. Let me see."

I move closer to examine his lip and I see a slight gash on the bottom.

Ouch. Well damn.

I look down to find my purse and reach down to pull out some wet wipes that I carry around.

Looking back up at his lip I see that it's bleeding more so I go to dab it a bit with the wipe.

"Ow! It burns."

"Man up!"

I finish cleaning his lip and look up at him.

His brown eyes are staring intently into mines and it makes my breathing hitch.

"Uh it's cold...we should go."

I say to him not really knowing where that was going to go if I didn't say anything.

We get up from the bench walking around in the snow kicking it around as we head to my house.

"Ugh. I hate the snow."

"Really? Why?"

"Because it's so nasty and cold and it's hard to drive and walk in."

"That's not how I see it. It's very beautiful actually. It's bright and has a sense of life. It's pure and untouched. It also has a lot of power over us and how we act in it."

I look at him in amazement. How did he get all that from snow?
I kind of have an urge to hug him and never let him go. He seems so different from anyone I have ever met.
His personality just radiates off of him.

In the middle of me thinking I slip and fall on ice.

Great. How embarrassing. Did I ever mention how much I hate the snow. Stupid ice.

"See what'd I'll tell you. The snow has power over us and it just made you mad. ", he says while looking down at me and smirking.

"Ha ha ha very funny." I shoot back sarcastically while he helps me up.

Grabbing my arms I put all my body weight on him for support as I get up.

His arms are wrapped security around mine from behind. Looking back up at him I see his brown eyes shinning in the light down on mines.

We're like that for a while until he dips his head down and press his lips softy onto mines. The kiss is soft and sweet and it sends tingles through my body making my knees weak.

Just as quickly as it started it ends with him laughing.

"You have blood on your lips."

Opening my eyes in confusion I lick my lips and I taste warm blood.

"Ew. Your lip is still bleeding."

He chuckles softly and attractively and says "Sorry."

We stay in the same position for a while with him holding me and me feeling secure in his warm arms.

"So are we gonna go or are you going to keep hugging me?"

Quickly letting go of him I straighten my self and look ahead of me feeling embarrassed.

"I wasn't hugging you. I just needed help getting up."

"Whatever floats your boat."

As we continue walking he swoops his hand into mines. His touch warms my heart and makes me want to be held in his arms forever. We walk like this the rest of the way home.
