Chapter 3

*end of tour*

Lexi Pov

We are on our way back to the boys house that they all share and we would just talk about the randomest things the whole way there but then we pulled up we all grabbed our bags and headed to the front door. The house is huge! I hope I can stay with them for a while. I really have grown onto them. They are all like brothers to me. Except Hayes.... He just makes me feel special and wanted I hope we get closer. When almost all the boys were in the room I went by Taylor and asked where I was gonna sleep and he said that he would ask.
"Hey Matt were is lex gonna sleep?" Taylor asked
"She could stay in the guest room." Matt said
"K" Taylor said
As we walked we passed Hayes and he smile and I smiled back Taylor looked at me and have a big smirk on his face. He pulled me by and arm to the guest room and said rather loudly "You like him don't you!"
I smirked and playfully punched him in the arm. After I did that he started to fake cry and then there was a knock on the door. It was Matt. Taylor got off my bed and opened the door. "Who do you like Alexia!?" He asked playfully with a dumb smirk on his face.
"Nobody." I said while blushing.
"Come on Lexi." Matt said while putting out his bottom lip.
I put the pillow over my face and Taylor yelled "Come one Lexi just tell him. He won't judge."
"I'm pretty sure the whole block knows I like someone because Taylor is fricken yelling at the top of his lungs!" I yell
"Please Lex?" Matt asked
"Fine I lik-" I was interrupted by a loud thud followed but a "OW THAT HURT CAM!" I couldn't quite make out who said ow so I quietly walked over to the door and jerk it open. Outside the door stood almost all of the guys. "Uh we were just taking a walk around the house.." Nash said while putting his hand on the back of his neck.
"Yah Lyin." Matt yelled.
"Just come in. I mean you pretty much heard anyways."
They all took a seat on my bedroom floor and watched me.
"Where is Hayes?" I asked
"At his friends house why?" Nash asked
"Because I like Hayes..."
I closed my eyes because I was scared about what they would say. Instead of telling me not to like Hayes they were all jumping up and down and cheering.
"Woah guys calm down you guys act like you just saw Niall Horan!" I laughed.
"Oh my gawd! Niall is bae!" Matt yelled
"Okay back to Hayes.... Omg gurl I can't believe you like him!" Shawn said in a girly voice.
"We'll believe it." I smirked
"I'll talk to him and see what he thinks of you!" Nash shouted.
"I call making the ship name!!" Shawn yelled.
"I call making bandannas and tee shirts with the ship name on it. Oh wait I almost forgot I call Lexi's bestfriend!!!" Taylor yelled.
Immediately after he yelled that all of the guys jumped on top of him.

*after discussion*

After we finished discussing all of the stuff about Hayes Cameron suggested going out to eat. We all made out way to the car and headed to Pizza Hut. We payed for a couple of pizzas and left. When we got home Hayes was standing on the porch. When we walked up to him he gave us a warm smile and greeted us. After we all are we all went to our separate rooms. I was listening to Tides by Jack&Jack when my phone went quiet and vibrated. I went to go and check it but I was called down stairs. When I arrived down stairs I saw Cam, Nash, and Taylor all huddled around the computer. They noticed me and turned to me with a concerned face.
"What's up guys?" I asked with a nervous tone.
"Who is Carlos Cruz?" Cam asked

I froze...

"T--that's my d-dad." I said shaken

After we all exchanged looks Cameron opened the email and the first message was a number. Taylor asked if I recognized the number but I didn't. After a little bit we got the first message we received another one.
"Hello Cameron this is Alexia's dad I just want to let you know when and where the court is taking place. It will be on June 25 at 4:30 PM and the court will be on 1127 Military Ave. in Iowa and I'm looking forward to getting my daughter back have a nice night." Cameron read.
"W-what are we going to do?" Taylor asked while hugging me.
"We can call a lawyer in the morning. We are definitely going to need help." Nash stated.
"Definatley." Cameron replied
"We can't talk to the lawyer tomorrow. It's hayes' birthday!" Nash Said
"Oh my God I totally forgot!" Taylor to the store we go!" I said while dragging Taylor out the door.
"Where are we even going?" Taylor asked while starting the engine.
"I don't know it depends on what I'm getting Hayes." I said
"Well Hayes likes Starbucks, Aeropostale, candy, and shoes it's basically like shopping for a girl." Taylor said with a chuckle.
"Haha okay let's stop at Aeropostale and get him a few shirts that a Starbucks gift card and then I'm going to get him a bright blue jar and fill it with candy!" I said.
"Sounds like a plan." Taylor said with a smirk
