"So dad, are you convinced yet?" asked Colin, entering Johnny's room and closing the door. A fire had been started in the fireplace. Johnny was wearing a robe and his hair was a mess. He looked bad. Colin had never saw his dad this way.

"About what?" asked Johnny with a full mouth. He was eating from a bag of Doritos.

"About killing that bitch. If we don't kill her, we probably never will see that money," said Colin.

"Look, i'm mad with her. Super mad. But i don't think i'm mad enough to kill her," said Johnny.

"Why are you being so soft? What happened to the harsh Johnny Depp? The one who didn't take shit from anyone?" asked Colin.

Johnny picked up a glass of Mountain Dew on his nightstand and took a sip.

"I'm not being soft," he said.

"Prove it then. We need to make her pay," said Colin.

He put the glass down, along with the bag of chips and looked Colin straight in the eyes. Colin was creeped out by how empty his eyes looked. He must not be taking this well thought Colin.

"How do you suppose we do that?" asked Johnny.

"I have a good idea," said Colin. He walked over to his dad and whispered his idea to him. Johnny nodded.

"Good idea," he said, "who should do it? You or me?"

"It's up to you," said Colin.

Johnny took off his glasses, layed back on his big bed and looked up at the canopy above him. He thought. He was mad at Lola no matter how much he tried to forgive her. She had been unfaithful to him and it hurt him deeply. As if he hadn't dealt enough with this pain a few years ago. He felt like she had broke him. Mentally and physically. He knew what his decision was.

"I'll do it. It would be a pleasure," said Johnny.

"Good," said Colin.

"Alright, until further notice, take her to the basement. She can stay there for a while," said Johnny. He turned away from Colin, groaned and closed his eyes.

"Okay, see you tomorrow," said Colin.

He began to leave.

"Colin," called Johnny.

"Yeah?" replied Colin.

"Can you tell the maid to bring me a glass of Jack Daniel's?" asked Johnny.

"Um, yeah. Okay," replied Colin.

With that, Colin left the room. As he walked down the hallway to the maid's room, he thought about his dad. He felt bad for him. And he had never felt bad for anyone (except himself). He was going to make Lola pay for hurting his dad. And he was going to make Dewey pay too. It was their fault. Once he got rid of Lola, he would get Dewey. Then, it would just be him and his dad.

After he told the maid to bring his dad a glass of Jack Daniel's, he headed towards Dewey's room. When he reached his room door, he banged hard on it. Dewey opened it immediately.

"What is it, Colin?" asked Dewey.

"You've screwed up for the last time," said Colin grabbing Dewey's neck.

Dewey gagged.

"Do you have any idea how much pain you have put our dad through?" asked Colin.

"Stop," Dewey struggled to say.

"A lot. He looks terrible. He's eating junk food and drinking. He hasn't been like this since he divorced his first wife," said Colin.

Dewey started to pass out. Colin let go of him. He fell on the floor and gasped for air.

"You're lucky i didn't kill you," said Colin, "that doesn't mean i won't."

"Why are you blaming me for this?" asked Dewey.

"Because you messed around with dad's girl! You're such a jerk," said Colin.

"It just happened," said Dewey.

"Well, we'll teach her not to "let things happen" again," said Colin with a smirk.

"What are you going to do?" asked Dewey.

"Trust me, you don't want to know. But you'll see," said Colin.

He left the room after that. Now, he was going to bed. He was going to wake up early so he could take care of Lola. Maybe around 6 or 7am.

April 27th, 2007, 4:02am

Dewey had been up all night. He was worried about Lola. What had Colin meant? Was she in danger?

"That's it! I have to save her! We have to get out of here!" said Dewey to himself. He got out of bed, packed a small bag of his things and quietly left his room.

Meanwhile in Lola's room...

I couldn't forget the look on Johnny's face when he had caught me and Dewey. I felt awful. When he had left my room, he didn't seem as mad. Maybe he forgave me. But there was still a chance he hadn't.

I had only got a hour of sleep. Now, it was a little past 4am. Which was very early for me. So, i was suprised when i heard my door being unlocked. And i was even more surprised when i saw Dewey.

"What are you doing h-"

"No time to talk. We need to get out of this house," said Dewey in a whisper.

"Why?" i asked.

"All i know is, you're in danger. Colin hinted he was going to hurt you," he said.

"Hurt me how?" i asked.

"Look, this isn't the time for 20 questions! The longer we talk, the more we risk getting caught," he said.

"Alright, i'll go with you," i said.

"Good. Let's go before Colin wakes up," he said, grabbing my hand.

We began to quickly walk down the gold and white marble floors.

"What about your dad?" i asked.

"I doubt he is going to get out of bed anytime soon. From what Colin said, he seems to be messed up," said Colin.

That made me feel really bad. I didn't mean to hurt him so badly. I felt so bad. But i couldn't apologize anymore. I had to get out of here before any more harm was done to me.
