How He Asks You On A Date

I hope you love it as much as I do. And to be honest this would be my dream way to be asked although it would never happen.

It was the end of the school day and you were getting the books you needed from your locker when a note fell out. Placing your books in your bag, you opened the note.
"Y/N,
Meet me at the lacrosse field."
You looked around the crowded hallway but couldn't see anyone who it could be.

Your phone buzzed and you saw it was a text from Lydia asking what was taking so long as she was your ride home. You quickly replied saying you just need to go to the lacrosse field first before you made your way.

When you got there you saw a group of your new friends huddled around something so you ran over and when you got there you heard music playing.
"What's happening?" You whispered to Lydia who was standing in the circle but she just pushed you forward, smiling.

You then see Liam standing there with a bunch of red roses His blue eyes meet your before he smiles nervously and looks back at the ground. He then takes a deep breath before looking up again.
"Y/N I was wondering if you- umm- if you wanted to hang out sometime?"
"You mean as a date?" You asked smiling. I mean how couldn't you smile when your crush was asking you out.
"Yes. Well no. I mean only if you want to." he stutters before looking at the ground again. Ahh he's so adorable you just wanna kiss.

"I would love to go on a date with you.
"Really, me?" Wow how is he so stupid. Of course you meant him, he was the only one asking you out.
"Nah, I mean..." you turn back to the group of your new friends and see Scott standing there smiling with the others.
"Scott." you finish smirking.
Scott laughs at you before saying "Can't blame you all the girls want me but sorry I'm taken." which makes everyone laugh as both you and Kira roll your eyes.

You turn back to Liam who has a cute nervous look on his face.
"Of course I mean you, idiot."
A smile spread across his face before he pulled you into a tight hug while the others cheer.
"How about this Saturday?" He whispers.
You reply, laughing "I think I can make that work."
