Chapter Four

Three days after Amber left, Things got better. After she arrived and got accustomed In London, She immediately called and emailed us.

Of course at that time, Kimberly was sleeping over and Liam - well he was on line too.

"I miss you guys already!" Amber exclaimed. She was wiping off a few tears.

Amber was temporarily staying at a hotel while waiting for her mother's go signal. Her mother wanted her to be alone for some time while cleaning the house for her arrival. I heard she was going to a new high school too. We were really shocked about that. Amber wasn't notified as well.

" Yeah I mean we can try right?" Amber was clearly a little skeptical "I already thought of a schedule. I can attend high school in the morning, Take the internship in the afternoon and have enough time to study in the evening. It's flawless!"

Kimberly and I looked at each other. Kimmy sighed. "Amber, are you sure you can do it? I mean you can always be home schooled right?" Kimberly said " You can't always over exert yourself you know. You'll get sick!"

"I know that." Amber pursed her lips. "What do you think Liamsly?"

We all looked at the little window where Liam's little face was frowning. Being the one with so many experience in school, He was the right guy to go after.

"I don't know..." He said. He turned around for a bit then faced us with a notebook and a pen on his hand. "Amber can you please tell me the exact time your school and internship going to be?

Amber nodded. She had a very tight schedule. She thought she could wake up at 5 am,take a bath and eat breakfast, visit her mother at the agency then go to school that starts at 7. School will end at 3 pm, she'll go to the agency and take the internship that starts at 4, an hour interval between school and the program. It will end at 8 and with 10 minutes time to get to the hotel, She can do anything she wants until 9, which is her desired 'bed time'.

"You had it really well planned out." Liam remarked. "Well I think it's worth a shot, Don't you think?"

Now that I think about it, I guess so. Amber was always someone who like to give everything her best shot although most of her relaxed body states were lazy and downright foolish.

I recalled the time when we had to plant our own flowers that represents our personalities. Kimberly chose orchids, I chose Lilies and Amber chose roses. She planted the rose seeds in a plant box and took care of them diligently. Even with Azelma sabotaging our flowers, Our flower patch was the best. Amber, our chosen leader, said 'A garden with these flowers will be a beautiful balanced one, and a school with students like these will be an exceptional one.' For Azelma that meant ' We are the only ones needed to make this school the best. We don't need someone like you.'

The shocking part? After her announcement, she got home, ordered 3 boxes of pizza, called us over for a 'sleepover' when she just wanted someone to order around and keep her company. We were really relieved that it was a Friday. All that time we thought that Amber switched to a different personality altogether. Even now she still has lazy Amber inside her. Question now is: Can Amber do this planned schedule without switching to Lazy Amber?

I'm not sure. But I believe in Amber. I believe she can pull this off and I'm positive she's the only one who can.

"Don't overexert yourself alright!" I said to her. "If you get sick, I'll feed you Liam's cookies, you hear me?"

Amber just smiled. We chatted that night until mom came to look at us.And she was very shocked when she found that we were still awake.

We were ordered to sleep. Although Amber was opposed to it, It was evident she kinda wanted to rest for a bit too. That was three days ago. The last time we spoke to Amber.
