For the next few days, things began calming down on Twitter and Tumblr with everything about the mark on Sean's neck. Of course there were some people still making a joke about it because they were major Septiplier fans, but Sean and Mark both chose to ignore them.

Mark later texted Sean.

MF: You know we can't hide from them forever.
SM: I know, we'll tell them when the time is right.
MF: Tbh, I feel like now is the right time.
SM: I still don't feel comfortable with this.
MF: Sean we have to tell them at some point soon, who cares if people begin hating on us for it or we lose subscribers?? All that should matter for this is us being happy.
SM: Thats true...

Suddenly, in the middle of their conversation, Sean's Twitter and Tumblr began exploding with notifications. Most of his fans were tagging him in the same link on YouTube.

@JackieSepticeye: @Jack_Septic_Eye have you seen this??
@JSEQuotes: @Jack_Septic_Eye you might want to check this out
@septiccloughlin: @Jack_Septic_Eye this guy is basically mocking you and Mark!

He immediately clicked on the link to find out who was doing all of this. It was a young man who apparently loved making theories about everything. He clicked on play and watched.

Okay, so I was on Twitter the other day and I found a few tweets with pictures of a YouTuber by the name of Jacksepticeye, with what appears to be a hickey on his neck, which fans say was caused by another YouTuber named Markiplier. However, later on, they later admitted that the mark on Jack's neck was said to be caused by an incident when a puck hit Jack's neck while playing air hockey. So I decided to test this out to see if that could be true. I looked up pictures of people who had the same incident happen to them, and none of the marks on their neck matched the mark on Jack's neck, because the marks on their necks were thinner and/or smaller. Then, I compared that photo with other photos of people with hickeys on their necks, and low and behold! It matched! Also, when looking at the video Markiplier posted of them playing air hockey, there is no video proof that Jack got hit with the puck. Now I'm not saying that this didn't happen, maybe it happened off camera. I'm also not saying that Mark and Jack have something going on, maybe it was something else that caused that mark on his neck, they might need to double check. I am just here to show that it wasn't an air hockey puck that caused it. However, if Jack and Mark have something going on, I would advise they say something ASAP, because it could affect them a lot if they keep quiet, especially since they have a lot of fans. This is just a suggestion and I'm not forcing them to do anything.

With that, the video continued changing the subject to something else. Sean immediately texted Mark.

SM: Did you see that video??
MF: Yeah...
SM: Should we tell them??
MF: What other choice do we have?? He's right... It could affect us more if we keep quiet.
SM: How are we going to tell them??
MF: We'll do it on my channel. Like a simple video.
SM: Okay

Mark and Sean immediately connected on Skype. They both nodded as they were ready and Mark began recording.

Mark: Hello everybody my name is Markiplier, here with my friend Jack! As you all may have known, a video caught our attention with a man making up some random theory about a mark that appeared on Jack's neck. I feel like now, we are at that point, where I can say that I am the cause of that mark. Um...

Mark began getting a nervous look on his face and just stopped in his tracks. Sean took over for him.

Sean: D-During IndyPopCon, like our last night in Indianapolis before I had to leave, I kind of admitted to Mark my true feelings for him. Being lifelong friends, I began developing feelings for him during high school, but I didn't want to say anything to make him feel uncomfortable, and I immediately regretted it once I had to go home again after graduation. And that was possibly the last chance I would be seeing him for a while, so I told him right then.

Sean's face then grew red, knowing that he had admitted that all on camera. But Mark didn't seem to care, and he took over for him.

Mark: I mean at first I was kind of surprised to hear that. Mainly because I didn't know he would like me back. So when I told him, we immediately began hitting it off right then. Of course we had our doubts of how we would work because we were on opposite sides of the world, but knowing that we have each other's numbers on our phones, and knowing that we have to Skype in order to play games, we figured we could keep our relationship alive that way.

Mark was blushing, still embarrassed saying some of those things. Sean then said something serious.

Sean: Now just so you guys know, whenever we  decide to play video games together for a recording, we're gonna still play with each other as if we're just regular friends, so don't expect anything new out of those recordings. Our relationship for us is just going to be private, and we hope you guys understand.

Mark: And we know by now what's probably going to happen a couple days after I've posted this video. Hate comments, subscriber losses, etc. we understand if you feel that way, but that's not going to stop anything between me and Sean, as long as we have each other, and as long as we have supporters, then we're still going strong together.

Sean: You heard it hear first, Septiplier is confirmed!!

Mark: Yep... Septiplier is confirmed.

They then both blushed and looked at each other. Mark finally concluded his video with his outro and then stopped recording.

"I'm going to upload it later on tonight if that's okay with you..." Mark asked.
"Of course..." Sean answered.
"Just prepare for a lot of possible hate, subscriber losses..." Mark continued.
"And Septiplier celebrations." Sean joked. Mark laughed. "Yep!"

Sean then looked at the time. It was just about time for him to start recording his next video.

"Hey, I gotta go... I need to start recording." Sean said.
"Okay, I'll talk to you later." Mark said.
"I love you..." Sean said.
"I love you too..." Mark said.

Then, both him and Mark kissed their hands and placed it on their cameras before Sean logged off. He sat back in relief in a few minutes, happy that he finally got everything off of his chest.

A few minutes later, Sean sat back up and began recording his next video.
