Amber, Willow and Nina are now 4 months pregnant. They're so happy and excited about having another baby. They decide to throw a party to celebrate their pregnancies. They put on their princess dresses and flat shoes. Amber and Jake, Fabian and Nina, and Alfie and Willow head out for movie and dinner. That night they have a dance. Meanwhile at New York, Claire is treated for bruises and is OK. Her psychic block hasn't been damaged. Just as she walks out, Claire runs to a bathroom and gets sick. Jean senses Claire may need a pregnancy test for Claire. She gives Claire a pregnancy test and Claire takes it. After a few minutes, her test pops up positive. Claire is now pregnant with her 4th baby. She tells Jerome. Then they call sibuna. Claire says "I'm pregnant." They say "congratulations". Then Amber, Nina, and Willow announce to Claire and Jerome each saying " I'm 4 months pregnant. " Claire and Jerome clap knowing 3 of their friends are pregnant.
