I got my dress out, it was a simple strawberry red (see what I did there?) with a v-neck and went just below my knees.
I put my hair in a loose fishtail braid and curled the excess strands of hair.
My makeup was simple as well, concealer, blush, mascara, a bit of eyeshadow, and eyeliner.
I grabbed my handbag, put all my essentials in it and headed out.
As I was walking out the door, I saw the clock and I cursed.
10 minutes to get to Julie's!
I hopped in my car and sped off.
