Chapter 6, here we go! So hopefully you guys really enjoyed chapter 5 and that MAJOR plot twist!! Sorry about the sappiness Sara and Luke but I had to think of a major plot twist QUICK and all I could think of was adding a big new character. Since Leo's an add-on character, you won't see anything from his POV, but that just adds to his mysteriousness. Also: I need ideas from you guys! Help me think of more alliterations that Jake's lovesick mind could, hypothetically, come up with in this situation. This is what we've got so far:
• magical mountains
• benevolent bumps
Ah! I've got one! How about heavenly hills? Any more ideas? Thank you!
Now, a recap of that last chapter. Yay! A plot twist! Bet you guys didn't see that coming! Anyway, everyone is freaked out by Brie's plan. Brie doesn't see what the problem is, though. Liz, on the other hand, goes and falls for a new character named Leo and somehow they've got a date. What is this, Romeo and Juliet?! And in this chapter...well, you'll find out. Let's go!

Jake's POV

Wow, Liz seems really happy this morning. I wonder why. From the time she came on the bus she's been extremely chirpy. NOT Liz-like. At all.
I sneak a peek at her heavenly hills again, for the millionth time this morning. Ever since I was spotted last time I've been a lot more careful, but it didn't stop me from looking. I'm not sure I could survive without the sight of those beauties. Honestly.
"Liz-" I start, intending to ask her about her health. She's been sneezing more lately, and I'm really worried.
But I don't get to finish my sentence. The moment the bus pulls up in front of the school, she flounces off completely ignoring me. It's strange, her whole demeanor is suddenly totally different. Oh no...can it be...she's turning into a girly-girl?! Well, that's not necessarily so bad, considering girly-girls wear short skirts. Ok!
I get up and head off the school bus. Maybe this change is for the best...

Liz's POV

I've got a date! I've got a date! Yay!!
I find myself feeling more and more girly on the bus ride to school. A date! A date! Yay!!
The moment the bus door opens I'm off, scanning the area for friends. I don't find anyone, but I do find Leo. He's leaning against the railing by the big front doors, as if waiting for someone. He smiles and waves, and I head over to him.
"Morning!" he calls as I near him. "I'm so happy it finally snowed last night! Aren't you?"
I smile. "Of course I am!"
He leans over. "So how about coming over to my house, Liz? Like...Saturday or something. Hmmm?"
Oh god. I feel a blush coming on. "Y-yeah, sure."
What am I doing? I barely know this guy!!
"Great!" he says. "I'll meet you right over here at the railing
Saturday at noon. Does that work for you?"
"O-okay."
Uwaaaaah! A date! Wait, wait. Is he gonna try to DO something to me?! Oh god. Wait. It's too soon.
Well, I guess I'll go and see and find out. He seems like a good guy, really. So, again, c'est la vie. Such is life. We'll see how things go, and there's really no harm in trying. After all, YOLO!

Brie's POV

Sara and I walked to school together, since she lives nearby. Nearing the school, I noticed Lizzy at the railing, and was going to call out to her when Sara held me back.
"Brie, no. Look over there, to Liz's left."
Oh. My. God. She's with a guy, and it's not Luke or Jake or anyone I know. AND he's hot. Could it be?! Oooooooh, Liz fell in loooooooove!! (Juvenile humor...)
Sara and I sneak over to a dark corner behind the railing, so as to overhear. Wait...wait...what's that I hear?! A date?! At his house?! Whaaaaaaaat?!
"Sara, Liz's got herself a boyfriend."
"Shut up, I know."
Wow, I can't believe it. I guess we'll wait and see where this goes. Ah! I gotta text Bradley.
"Yo Luke get over to da lib after school, we gtg and tell ya wt just happnd!! U won't believe it!!"
I tap out the quick message on my phone and almost instantly get a text back. "Wt is it?! nvm tell me at the lib" I smile. Boy, is he gonna be shocked.

Luke's POV

Ever since I got that message from Brie I've been so curious!! God, I hate waiting. I've got no patience, though Brie's got it even worse with that. Seriously, that girl couldn't sit still for her life!
When school's finally out I pretty much run to the library and almost crack my skull open. Damn it, I forgot there was a stupid pillar there. This week, all I've been doing is flying into people and things, you know, like Jake and Brie and this damn pillar. Dammit!!
Well anyway when I stop cringing in pain I notice Brie's watching me with a hint of a smile on her face, and Sara's just plain out cracking up. "Hey, don't laugh!" I yell, then remember the surprise. I stop and smile. "So Brie, what were you going to tell me? What happened?"
Brie smiles. "Well, I'll give you a hint. It consists of Liz, a guy, and a date."
Whaaaaaaaat?! Liz's got a guy and a date?! Oh, man. Jake...What's gonna happen to him? And what with the plan?
"The plan will need some revising, but we can still pull it off..." Brie starts. "We just replace Jake with that guy, find Jake some consolation, and we're good to go!" She smirks at me like nothing's wrong with that twisted plan of hers. Oh well...I guess I'll help her carry this out, just for fun. "Count me in, Brie!"

Sara's POV

This really is crazy. Brie's crazy, and so is her plan. And now Luke's crazy, joining in on that crazy plan of hers. Well, 'when in Rome do as the Romans do' you know that saying? When with the crazies be a crazy, then.
"Well, seeing as you two are so excited to pull this off, I'll join you idiots too."
Ok! I'm in!
How the hell is this plan supposed to work out, anyway? I guess I'll just go with the flow and see how bad things turn out. If anything, I'll just ditch them. Good plan, yes?
And as for the payment..."Brie, if you want me to help you're paying in chocolate. Russian chocolate."
She nods, but it seems she's so excited she'd even nod if I'd asked her for a million dollars. Well, chocolates, here I come!
