Chapter 1 Meeting

Katniss POV

I wake up to the sound of my alarm the sun in coming out from my window.I get dressed and head over to the kitchen to have breakfast,I see prim eating cereal and I eat oatmeal."So how are you feeling on the first do of your first day of high school?"Prim Says,"I'm really nervous actually"I Say and blush in embarrassment "At least Madge is going to the same school as you"Prim Says,"Ya...Omg we are going to be late!"I get my bag and run out the door.I walk in to my first period class and sit down at the very back next to Annie,Then I see this boy with blonde hair and blue eyes and they starte directly at my grey ones,I blush and look away."Annie Who's That Boy!?"I Say,"That's Peeta Mellark the hottest boy in school!"She Says,The Bell rings and it's time for break,I Meet Madge on the benches outside,"Hey Madge!"I call out,"Hey Katniss!I haven't got in touch with you this passed summer!"She Says,"Sor-" I get caught off when I see Peeta Coming to the bench next to us to say hi to his friends,I Quickly hop on the bench right by Madge,Madge notices and gives out a small laugh,"You can tell you like him,You know that right?"She Says And I blush,"Yes"I Say,Then out of nowhere he smiles at me,I smile back and blush. 4HRS LATER

The Last bell rings and I'm walking home...then I feel a hand on my shoulder...I turn around and see these blue eyes staring into my eyes!I blush and look away "Hi"he says,"Hi"I Say in a nervous voice "My Name Is Peeta And I'm guessing yours is Katniss Correct?"I Scream in my Head He knows my name!!"Yes It's Katniss nice meeting you Peeta" I say with a blush."Do You Umm Wanna Be....Friends?"He says in a nervous voice"I'd love too"I Say and we both blush "Cool"He says

2 MONTHES LATER

"Hey Peeta!"I Say And tackle him,"Hey Katniss!I um wanted to ask you something.....Follow me"

Peeta leads me behind the basketball course and my heart is beating fast."Um do you wanna ya know go out some day?"I Stand there in shock for at least 2 mins and he finally says"You don't have to if you don-"I cut him off with a Long passionate kiss wich felt like forever!When we finally pull away he smiles and I blush"Yes Peeta I will be glad to go on a date with you!" He smiles"What about tommorww since it's Saturday tommorww?"He Says I agree faster then I thought.
