"Uh-w-what are you talking about!"
Vada cried out, flustered, "I wasn't even looking at you, I was looking at...my...friend." She finished lamely, even though they both knew that it wasn't true at all. She focused her attention back to the inconsiderate teacher," Now, before you can start planning for next week, I want you to try and get to know your partner. I will give you all sheets to fill out about the other person.". The teacher threw two sheets of paper onto Vada's desk,Vada picked one up slowly off the speckled grey desk.
She stared down at the questions on the paper, name, age, likes, dislikes, favourite food, favourite colour.... And so the list of generic questions went on. Vada felt warm breath on the back of her neck, she turned around and eyeballed the boy leaning over her shoulder, reading the the questions. She ever so slowly inched away from Tyne, feeling very uncomfortable. "Do you mind?" She asked sarcastically, "No, not at all, actually I rather like it here" he told her cockily, an amused smile playing on his lips, as if this were some kind of a game. "Well I do, so if you don't mind.." Vada lightly pushed Tyne's toned chest away from her body, giving him a obviously fake smile.
Tyne looked at Vada a slightly crestfallen look on his face and cleared his throat, "Tyne lee Nelson" he told her, she looked up at him, eyebrows scrunched in confusion, he looked at Vada expectantly and motioned his head towards the piece of paper lying on the desk,"...my name", she scribbled his name onto the piece of paper.
"Vada eve Elliot" she told him, he settled into the chair next to her and wrote her name on the
piece of paper."God, I still cant believe I was partnered with you" Tyne whined irritably, "excuse me,
unless you haven't realised, I'm sitting right next to you" she informed him, a tone of annoyance in
her voice, "whoops I guess I didn't see you" he told her a hint of mischief in his voice."Are you actually doing this right now?,really?" "You got that right sweetheart" he told her with a with a sly wink, "wow, how mature" she replied dryly.
Vada heard a slight buzzing sound coming from the direction of Tyne's pocket, yet just continued to stare at her, she raised her eyebrows at him in question"you gonna get that, or just continue to stare at me?" She asked partly in amusement, but also out of embarrassment, "sure if that what you want" he told her chuckling slightly". He lifted the phone to his ear, "hello?", "what?", "you've got to be kidding me!","fine, I'll be right there". He looked at Vada a genuinely apologetic look on his face, "And this is where I leave you, my love" He told her, then walked straight out of the classroom, great, she thought to herself, what wonderfully fun time this will be.

sorry if it seems a bit all over the place, I've been writing this chapter over the course of a few days since I am so busy with assignments and Wat-not and hormones change so I guess I feel like writing different things on different days.
anyway... Love you
