Chapter 35

" Josie? Are you in here?" I say as I run into the female bathrooms still at the police station.

" y-yeah" she sniffed as she came out of the toilet.

" hey don't listen about what he said" I said giving her a hug.

" but it's true! We are family and I just locked him up!" She cried.

" Josie have you seen what he's been doing to you? He doesn't deserve you. Josie I didn't have a family either but now I have Eleanor, my brother and his friends and my boyfriend, they are my family now and they can be yours too" I said to her looking straight into her eyes.

" d-do you mean it?" She said rubbing her eyes.

" one hundred percent " I smiled and she hugged me again but this time tighter.

We walked out after she calmed down and we waited for anymore news.

" girls, you would love to inform you that the two men are in prison and will not even go to court. They won't win so there's no bother. They will be in prison for the rest of there lives" an officer said and Josie and I smiled widely at each other.

" thank you so much!" I said as Josie and I hugged again, crying.

" I'm safe!" She said and I nodded.

" we're safe" I mumbled smiling happily.

My palms for sweaty as Josie and I sat in the cop car meters away from home.

" we are here, is anyone home right now?" The two cops asked who there sitting in the front two seats.

" um yeah my friend is home" I said.

" you don't have family?" They asked me.

" um no, I have a brother but he's on tour right now" I said and they nodded.

" okay we will come in and explain everything to her and what about you?" They said looking at Josie.

" she lives here now" I said and they nodded, Josie giving a smile to say thanks.

We all got out of the car and we walked behind the police. They harshly knocked on the door.

" police open up!" One of the cops said.

I heard someone saying coming as they ran to the door. She opened the door and there she was Standing at the door with wide eyes and jaw opened.

"Oh my god" she said as she put her hand over her mouth and a tear running down her cheek. I felt a tear run down my cheek too as the police stepped to the side as Eleanor run up to me and pulled me into a massive hug.

" oh my god where have you been?!" She cried as she hugged me tighter.

" why don't we all come inside and we will explain everything" the cops said before I could answer myself.

" okay yeah sure. " El said as she went back to the front down. " come on" she smiled and we all stepped in.

" who's at the door El?" I heard a very familiar voice and I knew who it was straight away as they came around the corner.

" darcy?" He gasped as he took a step back.

" Harry!" I yelled as I ran up and hugging him. I was confused as why he was here so early but I don't care I've missed him.

" oh my god darcy!" He cried as he hugged me tighter.

" darcy what?" Someone else said and all the boys ran into the room.

I saw Niall but as I was about to speak, Louis can running into my arms. I smiled as he squeezed me and lifted me into the air.

" oh darcy! Don't ever run away again!" Louis said and that's when my smile dropped.

" I-I didn't ran away" I said about to cry again.

" but you left us a letter, didn't you?" Louis asked confused.

I looked other to the cops and they nodded.

" may I have that letter please" they said to El and she nodded looking at me and then the cops as she left and went to her room.

" darcy" Liam smiled coming up for a hug.

" did everyone think I ran away?" I ask nervously in his ear.

" yeah, nialls pretty pissed" he said and I gasped, tears in my eyes as I looked over to Niall who was just staring at me with tears running down his cheeks. I shook my head at him and he looked down.

" I-I didn't run away, I was-" I stopped as El can running down with the letter.

" there you go" she said as she passed it to the cops. I let go of Liam and looked at the letter, so did Josie.

" I didn't write that" I said up to the cops.

" do you think it was Graham who did?" They mumbled to me and I nodded.

" yeah definitely" I said and they nodded as we all turned away and smiled at everything.

" thanks we needed more evidence" The cop smiled as El and she smiled back but then realising what the cop just said.

" evidence? What the hell is going on?" El said looking at me then Josie and then the cops.

" let's all take a seat on the couch shall we" the cops said and I nodded. Everyone looking confused.

I also noticed zayn wasn't here either.

I stared into nialls eyes as everyone started walking into the lounge room. I just stood there waiting for him to come closer or something. He just stood there staring at me. My cry escaped my lips as tears flowed down my cheeks.

" n-Niall?" I cried. He started crying more as he ran up to me and pulled me into him. He wrapped his arms around my waist as I put mine around his neck. He nudged his face in my neck as I rested my face on his chest.

" I love you" he said as we rocked side by side.

" I love you too" I said as we pulled away and he put his hands on each side of my face. He leaned in, closing his eyes as I closed mine, his lips connected with mine. It was a soft passionate kiss.

" sorry to interrupt but we are all waiting" Josie said and we nodded as Niall slipped his hand into mine and we walked into the lounge room and sat down.

" let's start from the beginning shall we" the cop said and Josie and I nodded nervously looking at each other.
