Andromeda dident know how she did such a powerfull fireball, she was only trying to do a simple casting, but when Head mistresses Devon smiled she realised that she was Alakin a sort of special human that is gifted with natural magical abilities that can only be mastered by Secimagi that have studdied for over 100 years, but she just knew how to cast that like it was natural.
"Do you realise what you are darling, your Alikin, you just cast a 5th level master fireball that, used raw magic to destroy the surroundings.
It took she shook her head, "but I was told I had no latent magical connections?" They continued up the steps and Alex stoped, he had never made it this far without being sent right back to that dreadfully cave, Andromeda seen him hesitate and grabbed his hand, griped it tight
"if your sent back we will be sent back together"
She had such a nice smile he throught as he griped her palm. And closed his eyes stepping forward. Suddenly he breaths out and they both landed on the platform, it was a short step but she knew that he would not be sent back.
He hugged her out of just sheer happiness. Like he could finally move forward.
Head mistresses was admiring his courage knowing that it would have taken a lot to overcome the things he did but he did it.
"They entered the castles outer courtyard or what was left of it, when she felt it before she heard it, sound that was like somewhere between blood curdling screech and a screem but the only one among them that knew what it was was Alex he ushered them to cover. The thing was a dubble tailed chimera.
Its black skin, and lion appearance mad eit a corrupted one, and the goat head, and dubble snake tail made it a 4th level conjuration, as powerful as they are its almost impossible to defeat, Alex lifted his finger up and hushed them both.
The thing leaped from the battlements down to the courtyard where suddenly it was circling the place a hovering growl felt in her belly was the same as the deep feeling of fear.
"Its after necrosis flesh, the undead its corruption occurs when it feeds on dead flesh, and it appears its found it meal, we must find another way around it, there's no way we can defeat it."
The sorceress wanted to get a closer look but she was aware that it was dangerous but she wanted to anyway.
She blinked twice and a cybernetic implant that can take images and send them back to her hub. Back in the monastery was capable of developing 32k resolution images and in 3D grafting it can take highly detailed images of anything.
She was almost close enough for a Holo images but Alex pulled her back. "Just because it feeds on undead, dosent mean it wont smell you,"
It was to late the thing was already sniffing the air, and they found themselves right in that fear, it was like it makes them feel that fear.
