Chapter 3

I was in a private dining hall in his mansion he was sitting across me just like today in the café we have placed our orders and I was wondering how rich he can be to afford all this "you are again thinking something which I don't have access to because you are blocking me" I narrowed my eyes I am blocking him how a normal human like me would have able to this "how?" Only this thing came to my mind he leaned back and rubbed his chin with his index finger "I don't know you tell me"

"I...I how I don't know why are you asking me I just know one thing that a human like me won't be able to such things" he was thinking something I can tell the way his eyes were shining they were saying things...something dark finally he broke the silence "then maybe you're are no human at all" a hysteric laughter escaped my mouth then it died down suddenly

"what are you saying I know I am human there is no doubt in it" he smiled again "I'll show you something when we are done with our dinner" our food arrived but I was not hungry now so I was just playing with my fork when he spoke again "finish your food you didn't eat much and I don't find it interesting in anyway" he was angry again he has no right to say anything to me

"I am not your prisoner nor I am in your coven so don't command me or scold me" he closed his eyes and then opened them "as ever challenging you are I like it but you are in no situation to piss me off so eat" I glared at him but start eating he is an ass but food was delicious and I emptied my plate he was smiling at me but I looked away

"Where are we going?" I asked him for the fourth time we were walking at the back of the mansion it was like forest here after we crossed that I found myself standing in a garden that looks vaguely familiar "remembered something" he suddenly said getting closer to me I was speechless my eyes wide staring at all the black roses from my dream I averted my gaze towards him it finally started making sense that flower that note "that note was from you that...that rose...i..I really saw someone in the lobby it was you" he was looking at me intently "yes" I was confused "why Elijah?"

He was a silent for a moment then he said "what you see here is a garden full of magical roses these black roses were planted by Lady Helena herself these are well known for awaking the suppressed qualities of someone like if someone is a vampire a werewolf a witch or a dragon or any other creature and there abilities are suppressed by some sort of magic or anyone these flowers here can awaken them" this doesn't make sense who is lady Helena he took this name with much pride that anyone can see she is someone special and why he gave it to me

"why you gave it to me??" I asked him my second question first "i was watching you for 2months or maybe more you were a normal human to me first except some signs were confusing like your dreams your convincing skills you giving command to others and others were surrendering to it like they don't have any choice other than this and specially you were able to have access to my soul this is not a normal thing and most recently you have been able to block me several times this was after I gave your this rose and you know what you did when you were dreaming you took a whole part of garden with you in your bedroom there were roses everywhere so these things my love are not normal things which human can do"

I was again speechless my head was spinning I was about to fell when Elijah grabbed me by wrist and pulled me towards him he put a hand on my waist to steady me I felt tingling sensation everywhere his skin touched mine it was a soothing feeling i was more alive all of a sudden and now was watching shamelessly in his blue eyes which was getting dark as time was passing his face was so close to me that I can feel his cool breath and his minty scent was driving me crazy his face was expressionless but his eyes was saying something else as if asking my permission I didn't utter a word but my eyes said it for me my lips parted and I closed my eyes as his lips touched mine I forgot where i was what he was saying what all this means it was just me and him in the moment I was so lost that I didn't knew when I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer he bit my lower lip and I moaned in response his kiss was gentle at first but was getting passionate by every passing second his tongue was in my mouth setting fire everywhere I tugged his hair in response and and animalistic growl escaped his mouth then he stopped suddenly we were both breathless by the moment my hands were still wrapped around his neck and his were on my waist gripping me firmly
