Serena P.O.V

I woke the next morning with Carlos' arm around my waist I smiled not really wanting to go school I saw Jay was up he turned round "morning" he said "morning" I replied "Carlos get up" I said nothing "Jay" I said "on it" he replied he removed Carlos' arm and I got up then Jay pushed Carlos off the bed I laughed he got up "what was that for?" he asked "you wouldn't get up" I answered I grabbed my bag and ran to the bathroom to get ready we didn't have long to get to class I got dressed brushed my hair and teeth I did my make up when some knock on the door "you know some of us have to use the bathroom too" Carlos said from the other side of the door I opened it "aww sorry" I replied walking out I heard the door close "so you okay after last night?" Jay asked "yeah I mean I feel like I should be asking you that I mean you did get hit by a force field" I said he laughed lightly "I'll see you in class" I said walking out the dorm and to my room I opened it "there you are" Mal said "what?" I asked "where were you?" she asked "I stayed with Carlos and Jay" I replied grabbing my bag and getting my things together "I'll see you in class" I said walking out. I sat by myself in this huge room just staring into space thinking about everything I really want us to fail or if we go back to the isle I really don't want to go with my dad so I'll try to stand my ground with no going he doesn't need me, I hadn't noticed Evie sit next to me she was waving her hand in my face "huh" I said coming back into reality "you okay?" she asked "yeah I'm fine" I smiled and looked to the front of the class as FGM walked in to start the class, she wrote question and really exaggerated the sentences and she asked all of us a question Mal and I were the only ones who were getting the right answers without taking the piss, class was boring and right now I was sitting on the bleachers watching Jay and Carlos practice "Ben, Jay offence, Chad defence" the coach yelled I saw Carlos walking around looking lost "hey you lost boy get out of the kill zone" coach yelled at him he just looked more confused I laughed he walked over to Ben and Jay the game started and Jay was attacking everybody he came up to Carlos which ended up with Carlos on the ground Jay made the goal then chased the goalie "hey you" coach yelled at Jay the whole team was around coach so I went down and stood next to Carlos he put his arm around me "you did okay" I said as the coach talked "lost boy" he called on Carlos "have you ever thought about being in the band?" he asked "give him a chance" I said "where did you come from and why are you on the field?" he asked "I'll help him and I'm sure Serena will help too" Ben said I nodded "very well" coach said "lets do that again" he added I turned to Carlos "you'll be fine" I said and kiss his cheek then went back to the bleachers to study FGM said we have a test so I want to pass it, if I'm being honest this place isn't that bad okay Audrey is a pain and everyone thinks we will do something horrible but at the same time what they have we didn't we were never shown love or kindness just pure evil and to me it's getting old sure I like to cause trouble every once in a while but I've always wanted to be good, when I go to Neverland my dad takes everyone on shore to hunt down Peter Pan and find his hideout and we fail every time so I want to try something new, I pulled myself out of my thoughts just as practice ended I walked down the stairs and met up with Evie and Mal we were talking when I felt arms around my waist "Ben's going to start training tomorrow want to come?" Carlos asked "sure meet you at your dorm and we can walk together?" I asked he nodded removed his arms and went with the team to get changed "3 years you guys have been together and I still can't get over how cute you guys are" Evie said "well we won't be together much longer" I replied "why?" Mal asked "Curella hates me and dad hates how I am around him and I'm not ready to say goodbye to any of you and I don't want to break him" I said leaning against someone's locker "but anyways I have to go see you later" I added and walk away. it was the next day and I was on my way to the field and I was Ben talking to Carlos "hey guys" I said "hey glad you could join" Ben said "well anything to help Carlos better at sports" I joked "hey I'm not that bad" he replied "okay sure" I replied sarcastically "we're gonna start with some sprints" Ben said Carlos got into potion I noticed something running behind him oh no it's a dog Carlos heard it barking and shot off "sweet" Ben said as he ran past us but he didn't stop I ran after Carlos and Ben ran after me "Carlos!" I yelled "help!" I heard him yell back I wasn't scared of dogs I just didn't like when they got all vicious "Carlos you're okay" I said "he's going to rip out my throat" he said clinging to the tree "Carlos you've never met a dog have you?" Ben asked "Ben really? Look at him of course he's never met a dog" I replied "dude this is Carlos and Serena" Ben said "Serena, Carlos this is Dude he's the campus mutt" Ben added "he doesn't look like a vicious pack animal" Carlos said coming down from the tree "of course not Carlos your mom is crazy" I said "you're a good boy" Carlos said to the dog Ben let him hold Dude "just come find me when you're done" he said and left us alone. Carlos got better with the help from Ben so we were sitting in our room waiting for Jay he was with the coach so I wanted to know what happened, Mal was going through her spell book, Evie was doing homework, Carlos was on his laptop and I was drawing "that's good" Carlos said looking over my shoulder "thanks" I replied then Jay walked in wearing his top so I guess he was on the team and I'm happy for him I mean I think we're all starting to like this place in a weird way I'm happy to be away from my dad "you going to see the wand?" Jay asked Mal "do you think I would be going through every single spell if I hadn't struck out?" Mal asked back "looks like someone's in a bad mood" Carlos said "my mom's counting on me" she replied hitting the back of his head "we can do this..." Jay said I looked up at him "if we stick together" he added "oh I found out that FGM blesses Ben with the wand at his coronation and I have nothing to wear of course" Evie said I looked at her when there was a knock on the door "hold that thought" Mal replied she walked up to the door and open it Ben was standing there "hey Mal" he said "I didn't see you guys today I was just wondering if you need anything?" he asked "no not that we know of" Mal replied "okay then see you later" Ben said and started to walk away "oh wait!" Mal called "is it true we all get to go to your coronation?" Mal asked "yeah the whole school goes" Ben answered "that is beyond exciting" Mal lied "do you think it's possible for the 5 of us to sit next to FGM and soak up all the goodness?" she asked "I'm sorry it's only me, my parents and my girlfriend" Ben replied "your girlfriend?" Mal asked "okay thanks bye" she said closing the door in his face "I think it's time Bennyboo got himself a new girlfriend and I need a love spell" she said Carlos grabbed her book and threw it at her "we'll go down to the kitchen tonight" she added.
