'Isolde's Preposition'

While trying to gulp down the blood with my hot chocolate I kept reading the book. It was like I was so focused and fixated into solving the mystery. What could be behind that wall. Why protect a vampires den? Chapels should be the least place of where a vampire would go.

I kept looking at my tattoo thinking that I will solve my questions.

A knock came on my door. It was Alex. He was already up and it looked like he was ready to leave.

"Hey" Alex says

"Hi"

"Me and my pack are leaving, But Alaric is staying and he doesn't think that we shouldn't get involved" Alex explains

"Its okay and you shouldn't its nothing personal but I don't want to see you get killed"

"Have you seen me by now, I think I'm capable of killing off some blood suckers" Alex says while I laugh

He walks in to my room and sits on my bed.

"I bet your going to so regret not being able to not be here when the fight begins"

Alex laughs. The corner in his cheeks smile a little.

"You know what I don't get ?"I ask Alex

"What?" he asks

"Why would any vampire want to spend their days in a chapel I mean in the movies chapels aren't exactly useful to vampires?"

"Its probably a place to hide out or a place to blood suck, What Lucius said was in bitc I cant even figure it out for you" Alex says

"A hideout?" I whisper to myself.

I look in the book once more to find one last key element. The Chapel, The amulet, The Witch, Aleksander?

"Remember what Lucius said about Aleksander going to the chapel a lot in his story?" I ask

"Yeah" he responds

"I'ts all pretty clear now. Before Lucius was even born Aleksander had to used some place to do the ritual. He did it near the chapel where he kept all his things and stuff."

"Okay you lost me" Alex says

"Ravenna, Adrian and Aleksander they created the Immortalis dagger in the chapel and they did Aleksander' ritual near it. When Ravenna cursed Aleksander she had to put his body somewhere. Some place not even Jack would know where to find it."

"What are you saying ?"

"Im saying that the amulet Lucius has can unlock that door, but its guarded by magic. What if Ravenna hid his body in there. In that chapel" I say

"I would say its smart and people wouldn't find it" Alex says

"And this whole time Isolde wanted to get her hands on it and didn't know where to find it. She probably knows I know, which means we have to beat her to it"

"So what do we do know?" Alex asks

"You get Kate's spell book and I have the amulet" I tell Alex

The moment of truth will finally be revealed.

(Tristan's Perspective)

After talking to Rogue and while walking out of the library I got a blocked phone call from my broken phone. I expected it to be Isolde knowing she loved games and surprises.

"I should really take a stake and stab you with it" Tristan said to the person on the other side of the phone call

"Is that a way to treat your old friend"

"After what you did you deserve to go to hell" Tristan says

"Oh baby, I'm already there" Isolde says

"Is there a reason to why your calling. Again?"Tristan asked

"Are you alone? Are you away from her?" Isolde asked

"No!" He raised his voice loudly.

"Good, Elissa has something that belongs to me. A book and don't say you don't know anything about it because I know you do and I know she knows the key. Give it to me and I wont have to start a war at the academy"

"Like hell" I say to her

"Don't even think about it, I know you too well Tristan it aggravates me, If you don't hand that book to me I will break every little thing in Elissa's little mundane body, I've been watching her Tristan fumble over that werewolf falling for him. Now I don't have to worry about killing her knowing she still has feelings for you"

"Why the hell would I give you the one thing that can kill her" I ask

"Because I know you will do it And don't even think about telling her because my little witch her Will is watching her 24/7 and will flash with his little magic to make sure I stake her with my own two hands"

"Time and place" Tristan asks

"Meet me on Georgemount road, you know the vacant area at sunset. Don't tell anyone about us talking and don't tell them where your going. Because trust me baby. I am war"

How could I just betray her like that. I want to Elissa but if I do that will make her dead already. I am a dead man if I give Isolde that book and if I don't give it to her.
