back to boarding school (sequel of Boarding school Phan)

bad news

Dan's POV
Phil and I couldn't be more happy.
I have been living with the Lesters for a while now, the hole summer anyway.
I know that soon we will have to go back to school but I'm putting it off as much as I can though I am terrified.
what school will we go to?
will we be excepted as homosexual or will we have to hide it again?
will Conner be there?
what ever I just need to enjoy the day as it comes and stop worrying about the future, phil doesn't seem to worried so I'm probably just over reacting.
we're spooning on our bed watching some of our old videos that we did together.
"this is the most fun I have ever-
then Phil pounces on to me.
"oh god I'm so cheesy"
Phil declared shutting the laptop.
"your perfect" I said looking back at him smiling.
he giggled at my comment and a small pink blush took its place on his cheeks.
"I love you" I told him for the 90th time in the last hour.
"I know" we whispered quietly.
"PHILLL, DAAN COME HERE PLEASE!"
Mrs.Lester yelled from the top of the stairs.
"COMING MOM!" Phil yelled back before smiling back down at me.
I pecked him on the lips and got up.
we ran up the stairs and met his mom and dad on the sofa.
"alright boys so I don't want to be the bear of bad news but it's that time..."
"Dad can't we just be home schooled!"
"no Phil we don't have enuf time and you know that, now we have talked to Dans parents and they said that thay want him going back to Maint but Phil it's your choice if you want to go there or not"
"Dad! that's not fair Dans parents are mad and you know it!"
"Phil I'm sorry but until Dan is 18 his parents are still in charge and get to call the shots on him"
"Who cares! it's child abuse that school is horrible and..."
"Phil stop" I said calmly grabbing his arm.
"no Dan! I'm not gonna let you be bullied like that anymore!"
He shot one last glare back at his parents and stormed down stairs.
I looked back at his parents, his mom had her face buried in to her hands but I couldn't tell if she crying or not.
"we'r sorry son" Mr.Lester told me.
"naa I-it's ok" I said swallowing hard so my voice didn't crack.

I walked back down the stairs to find Phil sat on our sofa with his knees pressed to his chest.
"I'm sorry" he whispered.
"no phil don't be it's ok"
he shot me a look of disbelief.
"really it doesn't matter I promise as long as I get to see you every summer I'm happy"
"no Dan if you go to Maint I'm going to Maint"
"Phil you really don't have to if you don't want to"
"no Dan, I want to be with you"
I smiled up at him and he wrapped me in a huge bear hug.
"Boys it's settled you will both be dropped off at Maint in a week"
the shadow of Phils mom said from the top of the stairs.
