Forbidden

Chapter 1

10 minuets and I'll be out of this place for 3 months. I hated school, well who doesn't? Math is terrible, why must it be my last period. The only part that was good about it was that my crush Josh was in it. He was just so perfect, but he wouldn't go with a girl like me.

"Jamie, are you going to join the class now?" my teacher said standing in front of my desk which was in the front.

"Always have been," I said. Everyone laughed including Josh. He sat in the chair behind me, so it got awkward a few times.

"Ok, so what's the answer?" my teacher said smirking. I didn't even know. I was going to just not answer, but Josh gave me a paper with the answer. I turned around to see him smiling.

"Uh,24?" I said not sure if it was right. My teacher walked away, so I guess it was right. I turned around and mouthed thanks to Josh, he just nodded. I started paying attention up what she was teaching, but then Josh tapped me on the shoulder.

"Uh, hey. I was wondering if you wanted to go to the beach with me..uh and some maybe friends. Tonight, ok" he said half smiling. Before I could answer the bell rang and everyone started screaming. I just got up and walked towards the door, but not before Josh got there.
