Jealousy: A Phineas and Ferb Fanfic

Chapter three

(Phineas's POV)

Me and my brother were in the backyard thinking about what we should do today. Suddenly I heard the gate open and my best friend in the whole world, besides Ferb, came in.

"Hi Ferb, whatcha doin'?" she said. Like always. I really like when she says that. But I noticed something was different today, she didn't say my name she said Ferb's.

I looked at Ferb to see if he would answer, but he just stood there staring at Isabella. I looked at Isabella and she was looking at Ferb waiting for an answer from him. I also noticed that she looked different and dare I say more beautiful.

I knew Ferb wasn't going to answer, so I decided to speak "We're not sure on what we're going to do today." I said flashing a smile at her.

She looked at me with a blank expression, but it sorta looked like she didn't want me to answer. I was confused. And I know Ferb was too.

"Ok. Well if you don't know what your doing yet. Ferb can I talk to you? Alone?" she said. Alone? With Ferb? I don't know why but when she said those words I felt a feeling that I have never felt before. I looked at Ferb, he just nodded.

They walked inside. I wanted to follow them but I knew it was wrong. Unfortunately I started following them anyway, I didn't get far till Gretchen stopped me. Wait Gretchen?! I didn't even noticed that she was here until now.

I looked at Isabella and Ferb through the glass door I couldn't hear what they were saying and I'm terrible at reading lips. What could they possibly be talking about?

(Ferb's POV)

When Isabella asked me to talk alone with her I was extremely confused. I mean what do we have to talk about?

"So I bet your wondering why I wanted to talk to you alone. Am I right?" she said as soon as we were alone. I nodded.

"Well it's because I want to tell you and ask you something that Phineas can't hear." she said.

"I'm all ears." I said.

"Ok. So you know that I like Phineas right?"

"Of course, everyone does."

"Well I had this crazy plan that might work. And if it does he will finally like me as much as I like him. So my plan is to make Phineas jealous. What do you think?" she said that fast but I could understand her.

"And how does this involve me?" I asked.

"Well to get him jealous I was going to pretend to be dating someone." oh no I knew where this was going "And I was wondering if you would be willing to be my 'boyfriend'." she finished.

I thought about it. I must admit it was a crazy plan but it could work, and I always wanted my brother and Isabella to be together so I decide to help her. "Ok." I said.

"Oh thank you so much Ferb!" she said.

"So when should we start 'dating'?" I asked.

"Tonight. And tell Phineas that your going out with me so it will hopefully get him jealous."

"Got it." then we went back outside and acted like nothing happened, like it was just another normal day. But boy will things be different after tonight.
