Chapter 21:

Cole's POV:
Before Dana and Julia left:
"Gabe, I'm surprised that David hasn't killed me yet," I said. "He hasn't because Julia begged him not to, dude she still loves you, and she's heartbroken," Gabe said.
"Really," I said rubbing the back of my neck.
"Yeah, man why did you do that?" Gabe said. "She was my old friend. We were talking than she kissed me and I couldn't get her off me than Julia walked right in," I said. Julia came out and sat on the couch and went to put her shoes on. "Ready to go?" Dana said. "Yeah," Julia said smiling at Dana. God I miss her. "Where are you going?" Gabe asked. "Adventure land," Dana said. Wait, Julia is dating Dana now? She can't be. She still loves me. Right? Or Julia is dating him to make me jealous. "Ok, have fun, bye," Gabe said. "Bye," Dana said. I rolled my eyes. Oh two can play this game.
Danas POV:
"So what ride first?" I asked. "Um, lets go in the haunted house get that over with," Julia laughed. "Ok," I said. When we sat down into the cart Julia got really close to me. I put my arm around her. She placed her head on my shoulder and I held her close. The ride wasn't that scary, it was ok. "That was boring," Julia said. "Let's go on the swings." Julia grabbed my hand and we ran to the swings. Julia sat on one side of the swing and I sat next to her. When the swings started Julia's smile brightened. God I love that smile. When the ride was over, we were walking around deciding on which ride to go on next when I saw my ex girlfriend. "Oh shit Julia what do I do," I said. "What?" Julia asked confused. "My ex is here and she is still crazy obsessed with me," I said. "Ok calm down," Julia said. "I kinda told her I had a girlfriend so she would leave me alone," I said, hoping she would get that I need her to pretend to be my girlfriend. "Fine, I'll pretend to be your girlfriend," Julia said. "Here," I said with my hand out and she grabbed it. We tried to walk past her but we were stopped when we heard my ex scream, "Dana!" She ran up to us. "Hi Haley," I said. "So, Dana do you still have a girlfriend?" Haley said with a smirk, tapping my chest with her finger. "Yes this is my girlfriend," I said hold Julia and I hands up. Haley gave Julia a dirty look Julia just rolled her eyes. "Ok so if your really dating than kiss," Haley said with her arms crossed. "Um really Haley-" I said before I got cut off by Julia pressing her lips against mine. After 10 seconds, Julia and I pulled apart. "Ugh ok, but if you two ever break up call me," Haley winked with a devilish smile. "Ok bye now," Julia fake smiled and rolled her eyes. "Ugh," Haley scoffed and walked away. "Ugh, I hate her," Julia said. I just stood there shock because she kissed me and she was jealous that Haley was all over me. "Your were jel-" I said but she cut me off. "Oh come on, let's just go on other rides before the park closes," Julia smirked and grabbed my hand. "Let's go on the pirate ship," I said. "Ok," Julia smiled. When we go on the ride and it started moving and Julia got a little scared so she grabbed the bar and my arm tight. "Whoa," Julia said with a scared look. "Are you scared?" I laughed. "A little," Julia said with the same look. "Don't worry, it's almost over," I smiled. "Ok," she half smiled. When the ride was over, Julia had a breath of relief. "Let's guess you're happy that's over," I said. "You think?" she laughed. "I'm hungry, are you?" I asked. "Yeah, let's get something to eat," Julia said.
Julia and I both got a hot pretzel and a soda and sat down. "Julia I need to tell you something," I said. "Sure Dana, you can tell me anything," she smiled. "Um, uh Julia I really really like you, and I want to be with you," I said. "Dana, I don't know, I don't want to be hurt again and I don't want to lose another one of my best friends and I don't want to hurt you," Julia said. "But Julia, it would a pleasure to have my heartbroken by you and trust me, I won't hurt you, I love you too much," I said. "I don't know Dana, I'll think about it, can we go home?" Julia said. "Ok," I said. I was a little upset because Julia didn't say yes but I get that its too early, she just needs time.
