Unexpected moment and thinking

Now Ashaangi is busy with their works . After 2 months , when sivaangi finished her hospital surgeries and came back to home at 7:00pm in the evening .
Ashwin is not came back yet . So she went and took shower and changed to her pyjamas and she is very tired and slept .
Ashwin returned home at 11:00pm at night and saw only outside light is on and when he opened the door and on the lounge light and saw sivaangi is not there . He got confused and looked upstairs and light is coming through from their bedroom.
He thought sivaangi is working at her laptop and may be she went to take shower, because when Ashwin comes home she is the who will be so happy and hug him tightly and give kisses and talk about the day she had . Now she didn't come and did her usual activities. He is hungry as well.
So he went to kitchen and saw nothing is cooked and there is no proof of eating anything. Kitchen is very neat and tidy . Normally when she comes early she will cook or if he comes early he will cook . If she comes late or tired she will order food . If he comes tired or late he will order food . Both of them comes late they will inform and asked one of them to buy or order food and come and they will eat at home. But today nothing is happened. So Ashwin is little bit worried about sivaangi .
He went upstairs and saw that Sivaangi is sleeping , her face is very tired 😴. So he went and washed his face and changed to his pyjamas and sat in their bed . He slowly started to stroke  her hair and tapped lightly her shoulder and calling softly like kutty ma , cupcake ,Cutiepie, cuddly bear but she didn't woke up . So he shakes her gently and then she wake up very tired . He slowly lifted her head and placed in his lap and touched her forehead . No fever and asked her why she looks tired . She said may be her busy works and not enough sleep and not eating food recently as well .
He told her to wash her face and will order the food . She went and washed her face and came downstairs and after some time food came and they ate pineapple pizza 🍕 with orange juice and slept after some time.
At 3:30am sivaangi stirred in her sleep and woke up due to uncomfortable feeling . Suddenly she run to the washbasin and vomitted. Ashwin heard some water draining sound for some time and woke up and saw sivaangi coming from the bathroom tiredly and her face is dull and asked what happened and she said that she throwed out.He got worried and gave little water to drink and touched her forehead , slightly it's warm .
But she didn't took tablet she told she will wait until morning otherwise I will take the tablet . After sometimes both of them slept .
Next day morning Ashaangi told that they won't come to work today and in case emergency call them and allocate their works to them . But sivaangi is very tired and can't even able to eat anything and throwed out whatever she eats and temperature also stated to rise . So Ashwin booked the hospital appointment at evening 4'o clock and went and waited . Once the doctor called them and asked the details, doctor asked to take blood test and asked to give lite food and gave some tablets for the fever and body pain .
They told to come after 6:00pm to collect the blood test reports and told them to visit her at 6:15pm. So they went to their house and Ashwin made rice porridge with little bit salt and little bit pepper for digestion and gave to her to drink and gave tablets as well . Her vommit stopped due to the tablets.
At 6:05pm they went to the hospital got the blood test reports and waited for the doctor. After that the went and saw the doctor and came back home . Car ride was very silent and thinking deeply and both of them cried silently.
What doctor told them was sivaangi is pregnant and she is at 2 months 15 days starting . They are unexpected and shocked first and came after all the instructions from their doctor . Thats what they had silent tears in the car.
Actually what happened was after the Sivaangi's hospital opening ceremony and the dream come moments true and over excited they forget about Sivaangi's last period date and they involved in  their romantic relationship without any barrier . She is at 15 days after her periods . And they involved so many days after that too . She didn't get any symptoms as well otherwise she knows when the period is going to come like breast will be tender and  pain, back pain, stomach pain and leg pain .But it didn't come so she also didn't think about periods and missed for a month and her work schedule also very busy and even Ashwin also forgot, normally he will remember everything.
Now they are thinking whether we should have this baby . So they are in deep thinking now what to do . They didn't slept but lying down and both of them didn't talked .
