Back in time (Connor Franta Fanfic)

waking up and breaking up

"....Laney?" I turned my head to see Connor sitting in the chair, tear tracks on his face.

"Connor?" I asked,

"Oh my gosh Laney your really awake!" he jumped up and got Dr. Drakefield. He came in followed by two nurses. The nurses checked my vitals while he asked me questions. I answerd all of them and he wrote it on his clipboard.

"Okay Laney, well I want to do a CAT scan and then we will decide from there.

I nodded and they wheeled me off to the room for the test. I got on the table and the nurse told me to put my hands above my head. I did as told and listened to the automated voice in the machine. When I was finished they wheeled me back into my room. Everyone was there and went quiet when I came back in.

I smiled at everyone and then got comfortable. I was beginning to feel uncomfortable and was about to tell them to leave when I suddenly noticed papa standing in the corner and remembered his words.

"Guys do you mind if I talk to Louis alone for a couple minutes please?" they all nodded and left just leaving me and Louis. He was about to speak when I cut him off. "Do you love me?" I ask him his stands there for a minute, shocked.

"What?" he asked.

"Do. You. Love. Me?" I asked slowly, he looked down.

"Maybe. I don't know." I sighed.

"Louis I feel like Im leading you on because I don't love you. I mean I love you but Im not IN love you. I like you but thats all." he nodded

"What are you saying?" he asked slowly.

"I think we should break up. I still want to be friends though."

"I'd like that." he smiles which I return.

》Connors POV《

I was listening through the door at what they were saying. Bad I know but I couldn't help it!

"I think we should break up. But I still want to be friends though." Laney says, I know this is terrible but I fist pumped and cheered. YES!! I mean c'mon the girl I'm in love with is now available! I love Louis like a brother but I was so jealous! I was about to move away when the door swung open and I fell face first on the floor. I looked up to see Louis smirking,

"Can we talk?" he asked and I nodded knowing what or who it was about.

♡Laney POV♡

I was staring at the ceiling when another flashback/memory thing happend again.

The same boy and girl were there but looked about 16-17. They were at what looked like a party and were playing spin the bottle. She spun and landed on the boy, she blushed but leaned in as did he. They kissed as everyone cheered.

The vision thing was a little clearer but still blurry. I wish I could see their faces. I yelled for Connor because everytime I have one it seems like it is ripping my head out. He rushed in and grabbed my hand knowing what was happening. We just sat in silence as the pain subsided.
