The Big News

Chapter 17.

Two more months had past and Frida was now about 5 months pregnant, her tummy was showing alot more and the morning sickness had gone away, she was still craving things and having ups and downs with her mood but she was on top of the world and getting more and more excited for the moment she and benny would see their child for the time. Benny and Bjorn were in the nursery painting the walls, Frida had decided on yellow since it was one of her favorite colours and it could be for a boy or a girl, they didn't know the sex of the child yet but that didn't matter much, they just wanted the baby to be healthy. "So you getting excited buddy?" Bjorn smiled at Benny and Benny smiled back. "I'm very excited, the more frida's tummy grows the more real it becomes and the more excited i get, i just want to hold my little girl or boy in my arms" Bjorn smiled as he painted the walls. "it's a wonderful feeling, when i saw Linda i was just the happiest man ever, being a father is amazing and i know you will be wonderful at it, i'm really just so happy for you two" Benny smiled. "thank-you so much, that means alot to me Bjorn, i'm a little nervous to be honest but i've seen you with linda and i just can't wait to experience that" 

Frida and Agnetha were downstairs putting a collage of photos together, they were going to go on the wall above the baby's crib, the girls were laughing at some of the photos of themselves, they were making funny faces and poses and some of them of when they were really really young. "It seems like yesterday when we first met and when we won eurovision, doesn't it?" Frida smiled. "I agree it does, i can't believe how much has changed, i mean one minute we're two couples without a care in the would, just for the music and then you and bjorn have a beautiful baby girl and now benny and i are going to be parents, it's just hard to believe sometimes" Agnetha smiled. "I know hun but you and Benny will be amazing parents, that baby is going to get alot of love, and not just from you two but also from bjorn and I and Linda as well, they will be great friends"Frida smiled and hugged agnetha. "Thank-you so much agnetha, that's so sweet of you to say, you really are the best friend a girl could ever have" Agnetha smiled"you're welcome and thank-you, i feel the same about you, i'm glad we met and became friends" The guys finished painting and washed up then started to put the crib together, the girls walked upstairs and smiled at the room. "good job boys, very nice  so far" Both men smiled and went to the girls and hugged them" You really like it honey?" Frida smiled at Benny and kissed his cheek. "I love it so much and our baby will too, it's beautiful love" Benny smiled and kissed her cheek back then rubbed her tummy. "You're beautiful honey, i love you and our baby so much, you both mean the world to me and i just want the best for you both" Frida smiled and stroked his cheek. "you've already given us the best, i couldn't ask for a better fiance or father for our baby" Suddenly frida gasped a little and put her hand on her tummy. "oh dear" Benny was a little concerned."what's wrong honey? what happened?" Frida laughed and shook her head. "it's ok benny it's not bad or anything, i just felt a little movement inside, i think the baby approves of the room and is just trying to tell us that" Benny laughed and hugged frida, he loved her so much and this baby, he really was living his dream.
