~Emily~
Drews POV
I groaned as the sunlight hit my face, waking up. I was still tired from yesterday. I'm pretty sure May is too so I got comfy again and looked at May. Her hair was down from it's usual bandanna and she was curled up into my chest, our feet intertwined. I thought about making her breakfast but to be honest... I don't want to move right now. May rolls away from me then wakes up. "It's cold over here." May stated. "Then don't roll away, Airhead." I teased, in which she returned a glare. I opened my arms wide and looked at her. "You still cold?" I asked and she rolled her eyes and rolled back over. "Better?" I asked teasingly. "Maybe." She replied and I laughed a bit. "Today's the Award Ceremony." May stated. "I know. You ready for it?" I asked. "For what?" She asked confused. "Us beating you guys!" I said triumphantly. May rolled her eyes. "Yeah right." May argued. She got up and stretched, while yawning. "I'm getting food." She declared and walked downstairs. I rolled my eyes and followed. "We're still going to beat you guys." I said and she turned her head and glared at me. "Nope!" She said. I rolled my eyes.
~2 hours later~
As me and May drove to the school, she was jumping with excitement. "Airhead, calm down." I said. She just ignored me at first. Then became jumpy again as the sight of the school came into her view. "Your not excited???" She asked confused. "I am, just not all jumpy." I replied. She rolled her eyes and soon I parked the car. I leaned over and grinned at her, once again, she rolled her eyes. Then she kissed me, then pulled back with a worried expression. "Graduation is soon." She said and I understood. After high school, we would all go our separate ways, separate ways for college and our own lives. "I'll do everything I can to make sure I won't leave you." I said and she nodded, hugging me. "I promise." I said and hugged her back.. "Now lets go do this, okay?" I asked and she nodded. Getting out, I went to May's side and opened her door for her. She stepped out and I picked her up and put her on my back. She simply smiled and hugged my back. We walked inside and seen the others together talking. "Hey May!" Dawn said waving. May got off my back and hugged the others, then I wrapped my arms around her.
3rd person's POV
As things were set into place the 8 stood behind the curtains and waited. The principal talked to a man in a long black coat. She smiled. "That'd be perfect." She said. She went back up to the stage and the audience looked at her expectantly. "First up, Dawn Hikari. For being a volleyball player. And the team dedicated this trophy to you for the winning shot you made." She said and Dawn cautiously walked up and smiled taking the trophy, waving at her mom. She sat back down next to Paul in the chairs on the stage. "Paul Shinji for being a basketball player and for making the most shots." She said next, Paul walked up, accepted, then sat back down. "Drew Hayden, for also being a basketball player and making the second highest number of shots." Drew grinned and accepted. "Gary Oak for being a soccer player and having several wins." She said. "Ash Ketchum, for being a soccer player as well."
She kept going on with awards an eventually stopped and smiled at the crowd. "Now for the reason we're all actually here. The awards for the Battle Of the Bands." She said. "Now out of all the bands here, we actually have......

"A TIE." She said confusing the crowd. "We've asked our judges and they couldn't pick and choose between 2 amazing bands. " She paused. "The Troublemakers and the Angels!" She said and both bands came out. May elbowed Drew and grinned. "Told ya you wouldn't beat us." She said and she kissed his cheek and whispered. "Maybe you'll have a better chance eventually." She said and Drew rolled his eyes. "Maybe it's other way around. Maybe next time you'll have a better chance." He said smirking. "Ptshhh. You wish!" She said. "Both bands were amazing!" One of the judges said and they smiled. A huge trophy was presented. "This is for you all. But, of course we also have other prizes for the duets." The principal said winking. "Cutest duet is..."She said opening the paper reading the results. "May and Drew performing the song 'No Air'." She said and May blushed. Drew holding her hand, they waved and accepted a smaller trophy. "Now of course these are all the awards given to those who participated in the Battle of the Bands." She said. They all exited the stage and Johanna hugged Dawn tightly. "Knew you could do it!" She said. "Miss? If I may ask are you the mother of Dawn Hikari?" A man asked coming up behind her. Paul grabbed Dawn and pulled her close to him protectively. "Yes I am. Why?" She asked. He pulled out a few papers and a pamphlet from inside his suit. "Because I'm from Hoenn Academy of Music and we want not only your daughter, but both bands at our academy." He said and May instantly took the pamphlet and looked through it, then looked up at Drew. "We don't have to worry about not going to the same school!" She said excitedly and threw her arms around Drew. Dawn looked at him stunned. "You want us? At your school?" She asked and the man nodded. She covered her in shock. Paul wrapped his arms around her tightly. "Its up to you." He said and she nodded.
