Author's Note
Once you read the first few lines of this chapter, you'll be surprised, but as I have said this story is of love, betrayal, and jealousy. I'm not making this story of simple glory and happiness. There will be scenes of bitterness and blood. I hope you don't dislike this chapter too much. I know I should have posted it earlier especially since I was already done with this chapter, but I have been lagging behind. I did proof-read this chapter, but even then as I simply glance at the chapter I find mistakes so I apologize for that. [=
Please leave me comments if you want me to improve any parts such as if you think it's going too slow or if you find it highly unrealistic. I'd be more then happy to go back and edit or in the future write better. Thank you for those who already leave comments and vote. I'm much thankful for your generosity. [=
Enjoy!

Chapter 17:
Rachel
She’s finally gone, I bitterly thought. She was nice, but she didn’t understand the problems she was causing for me. I could see it in her eyes that she loved Noah, but she seemed to have this aroma that even caused Cade to blink a few times and look at her with something more than just a friend. I growled angrily at the thought.
What a foolish boy Noah had been for leaving Grace like that. He knew as well as I did if Grace survived she would never forgive him. Most likely she would not survive; at least that’s what I was hoping. There was no way she could, though. Those rocks were enormous. Even if she did survive, I would find a way to kill her myself.
“Rachel, are you alright?” I heard Cade ask, rubbing my back and bringing me out of my thoughts. I relaxed under his touch.
I nodded my head, moving aside the few strands of hair that had gotten into my eyes. “Just thinking about how I will be missing Grace,” I lied.
“We all will,” Cade agreed as he and I looked back at Noah who seemed to be killing over the fact he had left Grace.
“Especially Noah,” I added, trying not to look smug.
Cade simply bobbed his head up and down before proceeding to twist the door knob of one of the many doors in search of a bathroom. We had been here for so long, trapped in this death house, that I didn’t blame Cade for having to use the rest room so badly. Just thinking about bathroom was making me want to go as well.
“Who the hell creates such a big place where there are no bathrooms?” Cade huffed angrily, slamming the door shut and trying to push upon another door.
“Be patient, love. You’ll find one soon,” I cooed, reaching out to leave a comforting hand on his shoulder, but he walked away too fast. I sighed, trying to not to show my anger.
“I don’t understand why I’m in love with this fool,” I muttered to myself.
I looked over my shoulder to see Cade ambling forward, searching through the rooms, while I slyly made my way towards Noah who was running a free hand through his hair. If I wasn’t so into Cade, I would shamelessly admit that Noah is just as sexy in his torn up white button up shirt and faded jeans. They way his hair was ruffled and the sleeves of his shirt were ripped, gave him a rebellious look.
Wouldn’t hurt to mess with Grace’s man while she’s gone, I thought smugly.
I saw Noah flinch as I walked closer to him, my heels making a clanking sound against the floor.
“Hey,” I whispered, slowly gripping Noah’s collar, feeling the material in between my finger.
“Are you alright, Noah?” I questioned, looking him in the eyes while jutting out my bottom lip as if to pout.
