Astrid's P.O.V.
I reached the beach, looking around seeing nothing but empty cottages, no one seems to have a dip in the ocean right now.
I walked closer to the ocean, looking at the now setting sun. A breathtaking view was at me, as the cool breeze of of the wind brushes through my skin.
"Hey." I voice said from behind.
I turn around and saw Hiccup, wearing a green hoodie on his head, bidding his face. I just knew its him, because of the smile he had. He then walked closer towards me, a smirk on his face and removed his hoodie, revealing himself.
"Why'd you summon me?" I ask him directly. He just smiled at me and took my hand.
"Just wanna get to know you better." He replied. I raised my eyebrow, I just ride along here just to hear that? Well, its kind of a good thing too, getting to know your classmate.
"Okay." I said awkwardly.
He then grab my hand and drag me all the way down the shore. He removed his slippers and started kicking the water while chuckling. I look at him with a weird out expression on my face. He's really being odd right now, is he even normal?
"C'mon Astrid, join me." He called when he's already far away from me.
I shurg, well its normal to see a person play in the water right? So I just agreed, removing my shoes joined him, playing with the water.
"Hey!" I yelped when he splashed water at me. Hiccup chuckled and stick his tongue out at me. I glared at him and cup water in my hands and threw it at him, making his hoodie jacket wet.
We started splashing at each other until we were all wet like rags. We then created sane castles, which turn out to be...well...annoying, because Hiccup was destroying mine.
We talked to each other about life, we talk about things we like and don't like, and more, I even thought him a little Japanese, which I learn from my home town in San Fransokyo.
"Mi na san, means everyone okay?" I told him, we keep repeating the words and he still cannot understand and get them into order.
"Ugh! I can't get it, even though the words meant one word in English its still hard to figure it out." He complained. "Well, if you really want to learn Japanese, then focus, this is just like language subject, your good at French, and I'm good at Japanese." I said poking his head.
"Okay, um...how about its been a long time?" He asked.
"Hi sa shi bu ri." I replied. Hiccup look at me, like he didn't get it.
"Hi sa shi bu ri." I repeated for him to progress.
He cleared his throat and spike. "Hi...sa...shi bu ri?" He said. I smiled and nodded.
"Now your getting it." I said and patted his shoulder.
He look around, and then to me. "What time is it?" He asked.
I look at my watch and saw it was already 6:30.
"6:30 why?" I asked him. "Nothing, cause, its already dark and, didn't your parents look after you in this time?" He said.
I shrug. "Mom and dad used to go home late, but Sofia..."
My eyes widened when I remembered Sofia was still at school!
"Oh my holy gods! I forgot about Sofia!" I shriek, grabbing my shoes and skate board.
I then put my shoes on, not even caring to lace it and rode my skateboard to the grade school, which was a bit far because its out of the village.
