I woke up at 9 in the morning. My trunk was packed. Clare was back from her night hunt and in her cage. I got out of bed, took a shower, brushed my hair and teeth. Then got dressed and was down stairs with my trunk and Clare. I said, "Tom can we go to King's Cross. It's 9:30." He nodded.

It was now 10 and I was at the station and Tom said, "Bye," and left. I got to the barrier and saw a boy who was embarrassing himself infront of a muggle conductor. I walked over with my trolley and said, "I can help him. Come on." He followed and we stopped infront of the barrier and he said, "Hi. I'm Harry Potter." I said, "Hi. I'm Lauren Riddle." He took a step back and said, "Your the girl Hagrid warned me about." I was used to this. I said, "Yeah. That's me. I'm used to the part where everyone is afraid of me. Well see ya." I pushed my trolley through the barrier and was at platform 9 3/4. I got on the train and found a compartment. It was 10:30.

I sat there until eleven. I was alone the whole train ride. It was boring abd normal. No friends to talk to. Nothing to do. When we were almost there a girl with bushy hair past my compartment in her robes so I changed into mine. Next thing you know we're stopped at Hogsmeade station. I got off and saw a big man and a bunch of the youngest students were there so I walked over and stood there with the rest of the kids and waited to go.
