My Bully Gray...

I Care

Juvia's POV
Just when I thought it was over someone grabbed my wrist. The hand was warm against the cold rain. I looked up to see It was Gray.
He was panting like he ran a marathon. He dragged me in from the window and placed me into his arms as he fell on the floor of the empty class room. I felt so much pain that I just couldn't cry anymore. Some of my cuts reopened.
"Why can't you let Juvia die?," I asked hating how I used third person.
He responded "You idiot! Do you know how freaked out I was! I ran down the stair cases to catch you. You baka.."
I realized he was crying as I felt tears pour against my shoulder.
I whispered "I-I'm sorry."
I didn't believe his words.
He shook his head. "You shouldn't be. It's all my fault," he whispered not letting me go.
I shook my head as he slowly loosened his arms around me.
"I'm going to go home now Gray-sama. Don't worry ju-I won't try that again," Juvia said making a promise as she stood up and dusted herself off giving a fake smile that usually succeeded Gray's POV
She wiped away her tears as she began to walk away.
I wonder if she thinks no one can see through that smile of hers. I didn't before, but it's too clear now. It hurts more than ever.
I couldn't tell what I was feeling. My heart felt like I couldn't let anything bad happen to her.
I stood up missing her blue braid already.
It was like I couldn't control myself. The guilt just grew and grew.
Juvia's POV
I decided to go home early. It was easy to pretend I was feeling 'sick'. I really wanted to just go to sleep and escape to dream land.
I took down my braid as I used to wear my hair. The rain poured as it followed me. I pulled my little blue umbrella over my head.
As I walked to my house with my umbrella. My shoes clicked against the damp sidewalk. When I reached my house my blue eyes landed on him. He was sitting on the steps of my old almost abandoned house. I panicked closing my eyes trying to deny he was there.
He is the one who broke my heart into pieces.
"Juvia."
