Chaper 1

Ava Pov:

"1 year later"

Life is going going right now. Even though money is a little tight. I still keep on living.

I did have the baby. His name is Anthony Andrew August. I have him Roc's last name. I had him in June. He is two months old. He looks more like Roc every day. Except for his eyes, which are hazel.

I still haven't told him yet. I don't want my around that kind of mess.

Speaking of Roc I haven't seen him or talked to him since the whole thing with Mia. I still haven't spoken to every one. Once I move out of my parents house, I cut ties with everybody.

I wanted to start fresh. I moved to the other side of town, away from everyone. Don't nobody know where I live and I want to keep it like that.

Me having my Anthony really change my life. He's the reason why I get up everyday.

I got my life back on track. I am now taking online classes for college to be a dentist.

I always wanted to be one since I was little. I also got a job a Footlocker, which pays good. To add on, I dyed my hair all red. Just to give me a different look.

Life couldn't be better. i just hope it stays this way.

Roc Pov:

Ever since Ava left, I have been doing ok. I have a girlfriend now. Her name is Chrissy.

I couldn't sit her and wait for Ava to come back, I had to move on. I haven't talk to Ava since since we broke up. And I don't want to talk to her. After what she had did to me. I never want to see her face again.

I'm happy now with my new girlfriend.

I was now chilling with my girl at the trap house.

"Wassup," Ray said walking in the room.

"Wassup," I said dapping him.

"You ain't goin speak," he said talking to Chrissy.

"Hey, she said with a fake smile.

"Babe I'm going to go to the store I will be right back," she said.

"Ok," I said.

She got up and peaked my lips and walked out the door.

"Man why are you dating her. You can do better," he said.

"Mane thats what I like," I said.

"You know. I still miss Ava. It just fell like we messing apart of the team," he said.

"Well I dont," I said.

"Mane you still made about that. That happen like a year ago," he said.

"Hell I'm still on that. She walked away from the gang. She completely disrespected us," I said.

"Come on man. She properly was scared to see Mia like that," he said.

"So," I said.

"You what one day you got to face her," he said.

"No I don't. I haven't seen her in a year," I said.

"That doesn't mean that she might be still out there," he said.

Ray Pov:

I don't know what has gotten into Roc lately. Every since he got his little girlfriend, he has change. He dont even hang out with the crew anymore. He be to busy with his girlfriend. Don't nobody in the crew care to much for her. She is rude.

I wish that Ava haven't left. I wish things tcan go back like it used to be.

Mia Pov:

Thank god I'm alive. I got shit better bad. The doctor said that it was miracle, that I'm still alive. I held after a couple of months. Things have been going well with me. I'm still in the gang. Even though I got shot, I still wanted to be in it.

I haven't talk to Ava since I got shoot. I tried calling her and texting her, but she want pick up. I want to know why she walked away from the crew. Things are not the same with out her.

Roc decided to add Chrissy to the gang. She don't even know how to fight or shoot a gun. She is useless. I don't know why she is in the gang anyway. Just because she is with Roc doesn't mean she has to joining the gang.

Another she is so damn rude all the time. She doesn't even speak when she walks in the room or when someone comes in. She just run straight to Roc. She is like he lost puppy.

And to add on, when I be talking to Roc or come in the room, she always roll her eyes. Like bitch what is your problem. I tell you next time if she roll her eyes, I'm going to roll them in the back of her head.

I wish Ava was here. I miss my best friend. Without her things haven't been the same. I just wish that she can just come back.
