Chapter 12

Roc Pov:

I was so nervous, I was going to introduce my mom and my family to Anthony. I walked to the living room and sat Anthony's bag down. Once I did that.

I walked to the kitchen with Anthony car seat in my hand. Heres goes nothing.

Once I made it to the kitchen. I say Anthony car seat on the counter where it was clear.

My mom was cutting up food and talking to my family.

"Mom I got someone I want you to meet," I said.

"And who is that," she said.

I carefully took Anthony out if his car seat.

"I want you to meet my son Anthony," I said.

"Boy stop playing with me," she said.

"I'm not playing," I said.

"Let me see him," she said.

She had her arms out. I carefully put Anthony in my mom's arms.

"Well he does look just like you," she said.

"Are you mad at me," I said.

"No I'm not mad. Our family just got bigger," she said.

I looked over at Anthony, he was just smiling at my momma.

"I think he likes you," I said.

"I think he do too. I hope this ain't Chrissy baby," she said.

"No it's not," I said.

"Good, I know her babies ain't going to look this good," she said.

I laughed to myself.

"Momma that's mean," I said.

"It's the true," she said.

"Who is his mother anyway," I said.

All of sudden Ava walked in.

Ava Pov:

I walked in the house looking for Roc. I went into the kitchen. That's when I saw Roc talking to this lady. I guess she was his mom.

"Hey," I said.

"And who are you," the women said.

"She is Anthony 's mom also my baby momma. Her name is Ava," Roc said.

"Oh. Hey Ava. I'm Roc mom," she said. She gave me a hug will still having Anthony in one arm.

"So what do you do for a living," she said.

"I work at footlocker, and take classes online classes to become a dentist," I said.

"I like her," she said with a smiled

"I know Roc better now deny this baby he looks just like him," I said.

"I know everybody say that," I said.

"They look just alike. And if you have any problems with him just call me," she said writing down her number and giving to me.

"Ok," I said.

"You are apart of this family now. So don't be scared. Come on in this kitchen and talk with the ladies. Roc come get Anthony," she said.

"Momma how you know I was about to go do something," he said

"Are you doing something right know," she said.

"No," I said.

"I thought so. Now come get your son and let the ladies talk," she said.

"Why the fuck you gotta be so bossy,"I mumbled.

"Get smart with me again. I'm going to knock yo teeth out yo mouth," she said.

"Momma you ain't gotta do all that," he said getting Anthony.

I laughed to myself.

"What you laughing at," she said.

"Boy she can laugh. Gone in there and be on daddy duty," she said laughing.

Roc then walked out mean mugging.

"Yall are so funny," I said.

"Welcome to the family," she said.

Roc Pov:

After I got Anthony. I walked back to the living room where all the boys was sitting.

"Roc who is this you holding," Melo one of my friends said. He just joined the gang.

"This is my son," I said.

"You got a kid," he said.

"Yup," I said.

"Nigga I thought you wrap it up," he said.

"I forgot to," I said.

"Wow. I know this ain't Chrissy baby," he said.

"Naw," I said.

"Who is it then," he said.

"A girl name Ava," I said.

"Is she fine," he said.

"She ok," I said.

"Nigga let me be the judge of that," he said.

"Ok. Hold on," I said.

All of a sudden Anthony started crying. I guess he was hungry.

"AVA CAN YOU MAKE ANTHONY A BOTTLE AND BRING IT HERE," I yelled.

A few minutes later she walked in with Anthony bottle in her hand

"Here," she said.

Just when I was about to grabbed it, Anthony hat knock off. It drop on the floor.

Ava bent over to pick it up

"Damn she got ass," Melo said.

"I'm going back in the kitchen. Call me if you need anything," she said.

"Ok," I said.

"You can call me today," Melo said.

Ava walked out not even paying attention to him. I gave Anthony his bottle.

"Mane she more than ok. That girl bad ass hell," he said.

"Ah mane that's my baby momma," I said.

"You need to get ride of Chrissy. She make her look like a zero," he said.

"Why you got to do my girl like that," I said.

"I'm telling the truth," he said.

Cam Pov:

"Did tall get the job done," I said.

"Yeah boss. It looked like a tornado went through that place," Matt one of my workers said.

"Good," I said.

"What's next," he said.

"I will tell you soon," I said.
