When we finally arrive at the park we sit down on a bench. Joe was fiddling with his fingers while I was just looking at the lake.
"Violet." Joe says.
"Yes Joe?" I ask.
"I know this sounds weird but when I first met you at the airport I have had a little bit of a crush on you, I understand if you don't feel the same way towards me but I just thought I would let you know." Joe says fiddling with his fingers.
"Really! I have felt the same way." I said excitedly.
Joe's eyes beamed with excitement.
"Violet Matilda Flechter, will you go on a proper date with me?" Joe asked with confidence standing up.
"Of course I will." I say standing up and hugging him.
"Friday night?" Joe asks.
"Friday night." I say confirming.
We sit back down and talk for about and hour until be both go home. As soon as I walk in the door I start jumping around.
"Shhhhh! See you there bye." Willow said as she puts her phone down on the table.
"Who was that?" I ask.
"Dan he asked me on a date!" Willow said jumping around the lounge room.
"Why where you so excited when you came in?"
"Joe asked me on a date on Friday night! When is your date?" I ask.
"Wednesday at 6:00 why? She said.
"It is Wednesday and it is 5:00!" I say.
"Can you pick out something for me to wear while I go and shower and stuff!" She asks.
"Of course, go have a shower." I say a bit calmer that before.
I walk into Willow's room and go to her wardrobe. I pick out and purple berry dress, black heels and a pair of earrings. When I place every thing on the bed she walks in with a towel around her and make up done. Her lipstick matched the color of the dress.
"Go have fun ok." I say before I leave her room.
I walk down the hallway and into my room I instantly got my computer and went on Joe's channel.
"Goodbye!" Willow shouts.
"Bye and make sure you have fun!" I shout back.
I snuggle up on my bed and click on one of Joe's videos. The video made me realize that I am so lucky to have met him let alone go on a date with him!
