Click. Clack. Click. Clack.
The bouncer's head snapped in the direction of the noise. He stared down at the petite girl and shook his nicely shaped head, making his massive body jiggle slightly. He smirked down at the girl, suddenly looking and probably feeling powerful.
"No," he said sternly, folding his arms across his chest. He was looking at the girl with hard eyes. The bouncers never like trouble; they always would look at the teenagers suspiciously in case one of them was to ever cause trouble. After all, in the end, they knew who was going to get fired. "You can't come in."
Echo and her best friend Seth looked at the scene that was about to unfold. They were waiting in line as any other teenager who was looking for some good fun on a Friday night; but Echo and Seth were set out on business. None of which Echo knew of.
She had just been trying to catch up with her best friend who had seemed to disappear for a few months and just re-appear, out of the blue. Though, he hadn't come back the same Seth he had been from the last few months. He had gotten taller, leaner, and muscular. He was much paler and had suddenly changed from the cute geek to the hot bad boy. Echo couldn't figure out what had happened.
When she began questioning him on his sudden daily departures, he told her he was on his way here, to the club.
The girl pouted and looked at the bouncer with a fiery look. She wasn't any different, Echo thought, just another girl trying to get into the club. But there was something about the girl that made her stand out...
"Aw, come on Henry," she said, running her hand along his arm, looking him dead in the eyes, which were ablaze. There was something about her blue eyes that was so familiar, but Echo couldn't recall where she might have known this girl from. The bouncer flinched from the sudden contact but was then entranced in her gaze. "I'm not going to be causing any trouble..." allowing her voice to linger, as it would create some sort of affect on the bouncer.
Echo was baffled; who did this girl think she was? It didn't look like the bouncer had heard anything because he was still looking dumbfounding at the girl. Then, it seems after quite some long thought, not, he made his decision.
"Fine," he sighed. "Just don't do anything stupid, like last time. We don't want to be putting others lives in danger, alright?"
The girl beamed at him and shook her head quickly. She was normal looking enough, Echo thought, for the club. The girl wore a black dress with fish net tights and knee high boots; quite the bad girl, don't ya' think. Her hair was ebony black but had rainbow coloured streaks and extensions that were sticking out in every direction possible. No piercings or tattoos, but she still left off the impression of a bad girl; perfect for Seth, thought Echo, amused. The girl had quite the intimidating aura, not someone to mess with. Echo made a mental note not to bump into her tonight.
"Oh, I won't" she chuckled while the bouncer just raised an eyebrow.
With that, she slid right past the bouncer disappearing into the abyss of people.
Echo was quite perplexed to the scene that had just happened and when she turned to Seth, she just saw him smirking to himself and looking, proud? Maybe even smug...?
"What are you thinking about?" asked Echo, curious to why Seth seemed so arrogant all of a sudden.
"Oh, you'll see." He said, mystically.

The club inside was full of coloured lights flashing across the room, a bunch of blues, golds, and greens all over the place. The club was full of teenagers grinding against one another, and the occasional couple making out in the corner.
